Sometimes you just need to let the feelings you tried so hard to hold back just flow out and shed tears. Let everything out what you felt inside so it doesn’t destroy you.
I’m going Knee Surgery recovery and I’m in intense pain right now. I went almost 10 hours without any painkillers. I was doing good and I tried to be strong and build up my pain tolerance which I did but now it hurts so much even after I’ve taken a hardcore painkiller.
Just take a minute and think of what God gave you in this world he gave us that and there nothing is this world that we can give back to him he loves us and we love him to so be thankful of what he gave you because you only have one life to live so make it count ❤🥹
