Novels with space men have been around since the Victorian era. Novels describing space men like your trinket started being widely read in the mid-1920s. You ladies can make amazing things out of the oddest stuff.
Fleur, if I had a dollar for every time I've heard you say "I haven't got my glasses", I'd buy an airline ticket and fly over there to see the both of you! This was fun!
What luck to have that other duck to serve as a model! And your Storm Trooper/astronaut came out very nice. I can just imagine a child creating the 🚀 from a TP roll.
We always have these Christmas crackers and we all wore the silly paper hats! Being the youngest of 6, I usually was gifted all the treasures! I was looking at some the other day! I will pick some up this week! It’s always a fun silly dinner tradition!lol Thanks for sharing!❤️🇨🇦
Fleur, your duck's transformation is something to be proud of - 1 of your best. I didn't see how it could be changed into something adorable, but u did it. Kate, your astronaut also transformed & is ready for take-off. Thanx!
Cute! The duck is adorable! Great job Fluer! The rocket is amazing! You did a very good job also Kate...one of the dump babies will absolutely love them! 😊❤
I love Christmas crackers - one of my favorite things about Christmas. I’ve used some of the 80’s & 90’s ones from when my children were small, as “dangles” for my art journals & junk journals. You two made some wonderful art from your trinkets - well done! 🎉
You two are amazing! When I saw the trinkets, I thought, “Oh No!” (And I think you two did inside too.) But a coat of gesso, some careful painting, and a couple creative extra bits, and they’re actually charming! 😁♥️♥️♥️
Ok, as an American, when I first read your title, my very thought was ….”What? Wow! They are either bonkers or going to do something unbelievable!” That’s because in the US, crackers are to eat - with cheese, soups, etc. I believe you might call them savory biscuits? You sure made some lovely things (of course!). Love this video and all of your videos! Thanks for the holiday treat of so many to see! Wonderful! Thanks much! 💙 Kathleen
But Flur a little kid would have loved that funny little cartoon duck from the funnies!😂 Crackers have been a tradition we as a family have enjoyed but they don’t feel the same now without the pop!
I was moaning to my partner a few days ago about how rubbish crackers are these days compared to when we were kids. This just brought it all back, and I realise I may have been looking through the lens of nostalgia 😂😂😂
I think the "half a bike" might be a spinning wheel. I wonder if duck is a character inspired by Donald Duck. I think he was popular in the 40s as well
the first liquid propellant was built by American college professor and scientist Robert Goddard in march 1926,unimpressively it only climbed 12.5 metres but it was the forerunnercof the Saturn v moon rocket 43 years later
I remember when Christmas crackers had lovely BIG hats in. these days they are about 1.5cm of sad tissue paper :( Bring back proper crepe paper hats with foil stuck on & embellishments!!
You could make a bracelet, like we put them on when i was growing up.I got a burbon bottle ,i was only nine.imagine.We thought then it was funny. We also have boxes call cracker jacks.
Looks like a grinch accept for the lips but I think he's holding a glove, fan or a handkerchief... and I'd trade for something out of your trinket box instead of what u were dealt. LoL
Heads up💚 🦆 man in hat cost is hitching a ride with his 👍 up out can be a ride with 🧑🎄🦌 sleigh 🛷 or just a 🦌. that's how we did it back in the day in the States if not in UK 😉🎄🗽🇺🇲🦅🕊️🫶🐦💃💃Keep Rocking the fun creative vision energy vibes & the force 🖖 continues with you & yours & continue connecting with TH-cam Family 🥰if a space man 🎄🎁 on the 🌝🌕 instead of the 🇺🇲 as many 🌙🌝 ago stake in the moon🌕e use 🎄with English flag on top or Red White Blue colour them 🌲🚀 man🎁for on nice list little boy 🤗

😂
I have at least 10 pairs of glasses all over my home and car. Get some inexpensive ones so you have multiple pairs 😂
What luck to have that other duck to serve as a model! And your Storm Trooper/astronaut came out very nice. I can just imagine a child creating the 🚀 from a TP roll.
It’s amazing how you manage to re-purpose even the tiniest, weirdest items. So fun to watch you, two. I loved this one.
Absolutely lovely. My favourite Mother / Daughter channel ❤ Thank you
It's so wonderful to hear the JOY in both of your laughters!!
Your complete bafflement was probably the most entertaining part of the video! Great job as always :)
I really liked the idea of having to make something with a mystery item. I really enjoyed this!
I am always amazed at how creative you two are.
Here in the states, we have Cracker Jacks…caramelized peanut/oopcorn mix and each box comes with a little toy inside.

Duck Man & Moon Boy!
My first thought was that since it's a Christmas cracker he could be Scrooge McDuck.
Love matters and HASHEM TEACHES US HOW TO LOVE ❤️ TY

You both did quite a lovely job with these!
I don’t think it’s an astronaut. It looks like a modern soldier with a bazooka-type gun. But, of course, it’s so small that it’s hard to say!
I ordered crackers to do with my kids. They will have to incorporate them in their gingerbread house. This looks like so much fun.
That was fun watching. The duck came out so cute.
Christmas on the moon and very MCM in design! Duckman cut into a Christmas bauble.
Ive never even seen a Christmas Cracker, delighted to see vintage ones!
Reminds me of a Dr Seuss duck.
LOVED TODAYS PROJECT, REALLY CUTE
You two sure are crafty! WOW!
This looks wonderful! I'm look forward to watching it again and agan! kindest greetings, k
I recently came upon your channel, and I'm loving everything about it. You two are lovely, thanks so much for sharing. ❤
Cute… I couldn’t envision what you would make out of those trinkets!! 🎉
Really enjoyed this episode of minimas. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.🤗🇨🇦

Merry Christmas to you dear ladies and your family!
Well done making what you had into Christmas decorations 👏🙏❤️🎄
You guys just have way too much fun. I’m jealous!
Well done ladies!
Amazing!
Brilliant idea using crackers and both came out so well! 💛🧡🤎
Love the duck👍❤🎄

We have crackers for cheese also in the UK
I had no idea what you would do with the duck. It's so cute though.🤩👏
It would be Nice to see you making a mini christmas cracker Itself!
That was a clever idea, well done.
😊 great job ladies 😊 with the teenie tiny work you do you guys could use one of those lighted magnifying stands in your craft room 😊
So cute! ❤❤❤
You could also make them all into a garland.
Quite Impressive!
I marvel at your fine motor skills
Really cute
Adorable ladies!
Love the rocket idea! 🚀🧑🚀
You could do another bauble spaceman/moon theme. 😂
That duck is the funniest thing ever😂😂😂
They aren’t commonly used but Christmas Crackers are available in the USA. Thanks
Awww sooo cute 🤩😍
But Flur a little kid would have loved that funny little cartoon duck from the funnies!😂 Crackers have been a tradition we as a family have enjoyed but they don’t feel the same now without the pop!
The duck has a Grinch/Dr. Seuss look about him. I love that you collect crackers. We live in the states and made our own years ago. It was fun!
❤❤❤
Since I save everything if I had enough of those little jokes I would bind a tiny little joke book together for the borrowers
I'd put the astronaut in the other half of the bauble you cut in two. I'd give him a white lunar surface to float over and a black sky with stars.
Thank you for sharing. Ironically I just worked up the nerve to ask what they were last week.
Love duckman
Duckman kinda looks like a camel.
Ty my mother friend HASHEM teaches us how to love each other. I love you 😍
I was moaning to my partner a few days ago about how rubbish crackers are these days compared to when we were kids. This just brought it all back, and I realise I may have been looking through the lens of nostalgia 😂😂😂
I do cracker each Christmas in America. I find them fun.
Looks like an astronaut to me.
In sci-fi movies of the 50’s and 60’s, men like this had space suits and ray guns.
Since I save everything if I had enough of those little jokes by a job buying a tiny little joke book together for the borrowers!
Kate's is a soilder with a rocket launcher or another type weapon is my guess. Special ops maybe.
✨️💖🎄✨️
Well Done Ladies I’m gob smacked 😮
Well, not quite the Christmas trinkets, but they turned out cute all the same.
I think the "half a bike" might be a spinning wheel. I wonder if duck is a character inspired by Donald Duck. I think he was popular in the 40s as well
Duck man backed in pink paper, who knew?!😂
the first liquid propellant was built by American college professor and scientist Robert Goddard in march 1926,unimpressively it only climbed 12.5 metres but it was the forerunnercof the Saturn v moon rocket 43 years later
I remember when Christmas crackers had lovely BIG hats in. these days they are about 1.5cm of sad tissue paper :( Bring back proper crepe paper hats with foil stuck on & embellishments!!
I agree with your Mom, the rocket should have been taller.
You can make a moon scene, the astronaut and 5he grre duck alien.. Aliens used to be green, lol😂
If you want it to be more “Christmassy” have them peeking out of a gift bag or package?
You could make a bracelet, like we put them on when i was growing up.I got a burbon bottle ,i was only nine.imagine.We thought then it was funny. We also have boxes call cracker jacks.
It looks like duck is holding something. Flowers maybe?
Hard to tell looking at my phone
I thought he was holding a paintbrush. 🤔
I learned what Christmas crackers were from Doctor Who😂
Have to watch tomorrow, to late now. Kram
Looks like a grinch accept for the lips but I think he's holding a glove, fan or a handkerchief... and I'd trade for something out of your trinket box instead of what u were dealt. LoL
Lol HASHEM teaches
😂
The duck kind of looks like Donald Duck.
80s are vintage
This was so fun to watch…move over Elon 🚀 🤣
