Fluffy Cinnamon Swirl Pancakes on the Blackstone E-Series

Hello Frac Crew,
Welcome back and welcome to the new Frac Kitchen. I can not believe that this is my first video in our apartment.
As mentioned, we moved into an apartment and I no longer can have my grills, smokers, and Blackstone Pro Series with me. I did sell some of them, but everything else is at Melissa's Parents house for now. So to make it feel like home I decided to buy a 22 Inch Blackstone E Series. Since this is electric I can use it inside and it does not go against the apartment rules. I have used it several times and I have been really happy with it.
Now, on to the star of the show! These pancakes were so dang good. Not only are the super simple to make, but they are packed with flavor.
