Holy crap man! What a wonderful way to start the day! You rock brother! I'm all in white tribute to my bro in law. Tamiya TS-82 rubber black looks as real as real. I did the fender flares day 1. Thanks, buddy. Oh, and Stay Small!

It's amazing how much a highly detailed model can inspires you to take on a huge project to make it your own. It's even more amazing how a couple rattle cans of paint in the hands of someone talented can transform a model. Blue is not really my thing but I can't wait to see it finished. I bet it's going to look amazing. Thanks for taking us along for the ride👍

The blue looks great takes alot of patience for that much detail! I almost bought a 1:1 YJ when I moved to Colorado wish I had 😢 now I want a Mashigan damn you 😂 can't wait for the next one, thanks for sharing.

Thanks, not as patient as I could have been! Finished the hard top today! Already have the jeep back together. I have to get my 1:1 cj up and going also😁😁

Picked up a Mashigan about six months ago and had plans to replicate my 1:1 1994 YJ I had in the late 90's-early 2000's. This thing is almost identical to my 94 with a few exceptions. Well, it's been sitting since I got other then new wheels and tires to match my 1:1(aluminum American Racing rims and 33" BF Mud Terrains). Your video has finally given me the motivation to start on mine while tackling a bunch of other RC projects. Awesome videos and am now subscribed.
Where did you find the tube front bumper? I had that exact one one my 1:1!! Also had the double tube bumper on the rear.

It truly is a work of detailed art! The bumper is from rc4wd, I have a smittybuilt one on my cj-7.
This one of course is to short!

So when your dashboard to light it up instead of using the piece that they included to put gauges on use a piece of milk carton to glue your gauge decals on that and when you light up the back the milk carton plastic will diffuse the lights

I agree so far. The only screws I've had problems with are the body ones, it seems like they have tightened them all the way and spun them leaving plastic on the threads now.
I have a question. How much do you have to take apart just to get the dash out? I still have not put my decals in there because I can't get to them very well.I would like to remove the dashboard.

I used the book mainly to put it back together but if I remember there are 2 screws underneath that hold the main windshield part on. You also have to undo the top door hinges. My screws also have the go on them I think they glued them in

Once he showed the dash, I thought the same thing 😮 but the translucent idea is better. My gen 9 dash is too bright for sure!

I was watching & we had a pretty big earthquake here in California but anyways the magnetic trays are super handy I started with a micro tool set from Walmart but over the years you collect a boat load of tools some you don’t use as often but when you need them you know you have them you know what they say you can never have to many tools.

So true, my only issue is keeping my wife out of the shop! She loves stealing my small tools for some reason! We have also had alot of big quakes this year
