  • This music has been specially developed to assist with chronic fatigue. It contains isochronic tones at 1.5Hz which are suggested to assist with the development of a restful sleep.

    I do feel a bit better and I found out how much aches and pains I have and how difficult I find it to let go! I suppose it's a matter of doing this regularly for a few weeks to get the full benefit? Should one listen to it just before bed if one has trouble getting to sleep like I do?
