I'm so so excited to have my good friend Michelle Khare back for Day 9 of the 100 Glute Challenge! Since she did so well in the 100 Ab Challenge, obviously I had to give her one of the HARDEST glute moves... the Standing Leg Pulse!! At least we're in this together right?!

Surprisingly the pulsing leg this time. I thought my supporting leg would be killing me but it's my glutes that took the blame!

Cassey! I used to be a gym maniac who used to push heavy weights and all but I have been suffering from the wrist injury and I am not able to lift any weights for over a year now. It made me lose interest in the gym since I wasn't able to perform so many exercises that I used to love... As a result I stopped going to the gym completely.. I started feeling more and more depressed and unhealthy. Luckily, for the last couple of months I started doing your videos at home which I found many of them to be customizable for my wrist.. of course I have to skip quite a few exercises in each video but the majority of them I am able to perform! I was losing so much weight after stopping going to the gym but now I finally started getting back in shape and I feel much much happier and better. This is all thanks to you Cassie! The whole time I have only been thinking that I would never be able to exercise properly again, expect for running, swimming or some boring leg/abs exercises when I didn't even know there were so many other ways to train your body! So I would like to ask you for a big favor... I would be extremely grateful if you could create some advanced type of workouts (especially for the upper body) for people with wrist injuries... That would mean the world for me
For all the people asking: I did it with a chair too! I think it’s ok since if you don’t have the balance you can have better form because you don’t have to worry so much about falling over :) good luck everyone!
I can't actually believe we've already reached Day 9 of the entire challenge! Our butts are going to look AMAZING by September 2nd!

Yahminah Ain ikr but I guess it’s hard for her to do it and tell us cause I like fell over millions of times without talking yet looking over to tell how much so I think she can edit in a counter like how she used to do a timer in the 28 day sculpt vids

I have been at my daughter Lupe house doing this challenge. Now I am home and will have a new G-Grandson sometime today. WOW! Keep my Granddaughter Alex in your prayers and thoughts she has preeclampsia. Thank you Let's all keeping up the good work. Love you all.

Yaaas my girl Michelle! Honestly, I was surprised at how well I managed this! It was definitely killing me, but this is the first one I've done over 50 in a row. So feelin' pretty good about that! 🦵

ugggggggh, when following the calendar, monday is usually one of the "easier" days but because my butt has been burning since day 1 of the 100 glute challenge, todays videos were soooo hard
the bold and the bootiful workout killed my butt for good and now this hahah

I just did days 7, 8, and 9 all in one morning! I had to take a couple days off to recover from a minor surgery, but I'm all caught up now!

This has been such a fun challenge to hop back into fitness! It helps me feel accomplished because I'm consistently doing something active and it doesn't take long. I love seeing booty and leg results too 😍
Day 9 is done! That one was actually a little easier for me. I liked it better than yesterdays for sure.

i LOVE michelle khare! This was an easier workout
I just did days 4-9 because I fell behind and it took me two and a half hours to do it. My butt and legs hurt soo much.
This morning, I did a one hour step class and a one hour strength training class... I'm dead, my butt is already dying from the previous workouts, how am I going to survive this?!

I keep repeating these 100x challenges. Right now on Day 9 of abs+glutes+ arms. Trust me, these give bestest of best results however many breaks you require!! ❤

I haven't done this yet. Just starting my day and seeing what I have to look forward to, but good grief! On the other challenges, when Cassey tells her guest, "So I'm giving you a hard one," you could tell the move was exceptionally hard. The other moves, while difficult, weren't as hard. You could tell you were getting a bit of a "break" on those days. On this challenge though, when Cassey says that same line, I wanna die because every single move has been uber difficult. This one is going to particularly hard??? What about yesterday?? And the day before? And every day since Day 1??? My butt is dying.

That’s was definitely one of the harder ones.. I could only do 3 before I fell down and lost balance, I feel like I lost motivation with the harder ones but I’m not stopping
This one was damn near impossible for me without a chair. I have decent balance on one leg, but once you add in movement, apparently it’s game over for me! Going to re-do this with a chair because I’m pretty sure I didn’t get 100 on each side because I was wobbling and falling over so much trying to keep up with them!

There is a muscle at the hip flexer area or is it the hip flexer itself idk but when it's visible, I love it. I hope these exercises will help that muscle to show up
