Risk assessment is a complete document in which we identify all the hazards for the particular activity and then find the and assist the risk in those hazards and trying to take a control measure for it or eliminated it.
5 steps for risk assessment:
1. Identify the hazard
2. identify the people who might be harmed and how 3. Find the risk and define its precautions
4. Record the signifying findings and implement
5. Review and update if necessary
