@@davisdf3064 Sorry, I meant kick. I was talking about the sentry. Even then, this is the husk of a man with immense willpower, so his husk should be very strong on its own. Even then, the sentry’s kick is unparriable where the corpse’s punch is.
welcome to ultrakill please enjoy your time here tips: its actually super important that you learn to parry, all projectiles and attacks that dont have a blue flash can be parried, spend some time in the sandbox if you need an open space to get the hang of it also please explore the weapon variants us much as possible they are all very useful and thank you for actually reading the tips the game put up on screen so many youtubers just dont read them and get super confused later good luck on 1-4 that is your first skill check
Okay, here are some tips: 1. Parrying is very key to this game; take your time to master it, it will save you. 2. Once parrying has been mastered, think about what exactly can you parry, perhaps your own shotgun shells? 3. GET. EVERY. VARIANT. They will help diversify your arsenal, and allow for some very cool tech that, with enough practice, can one-shot a lot of things. 4. Use coins, they are a wonderful tool, but a hard one to master. how you toss a coin depends on your direction, as moving forward will make them go farther, moving backward makes them move to about the same position as where you once were, and moving to either side moves the coin in that direction. they also go farther distances if you move faster. I'll let the game explain the rest. 5. That style meter is how you get points to purchase new variants of your arsenal, and also the ability to customize your colors. To use style effectively, make sure to not be reliant on just 1 weapon: mix and match the arsenal, find out what works for your playstyle, and go with that style. 6. The game also offers tips on how to deal with enemies; read those, it will help deal with them. 7. Sliding allows for quick movement without a stamina drain, but it does not mean that you're not susceptible to damage. Also, be careful not to use the slide button in the air, that has cost me runs before, and it's very annoying. 8. Dashing allows for a quick getaway, and you'll be invincible for a few milliseconds. Use that knowledge to your advantage. 9. Use the Attractor (note that the big nails are beeping because that lets you know when they're going to be destroyed and explode the nails in a burst) and Overheat Nail-guns to your advantage, as combined together, they can easily take out a lot of fodder enemies quickly.
@juanjoyaborja.3054 the new players need tips so they can enjoy the game better. It's better to play with knowledge or it may be under the fucking Mayo 2

It is honestly amusing to watch someone playing the game for the first time without being constantly backseated about every single thing it has to offer
@ciderofthearctic392 Yeah….its annoying. Easiest way I can think of to help _marginally_ reduce it is to probably put a small disclaimer in either the beginning of the video(s), or as a pinned comment. I have a decently large amount of hours in ULTRAKILL, but I won’t add any major backseating other than this: The Cybergrind is a good “skill check”, in the sense of testing your ability to handle crowds of enemies, along with survivability. That is all I’ll add, _unlike…_ *_other_*_ players, I won’t force feed any and all information on how to play the game down your throat,_ simply because you decided to make your first experience with this game public. Sorry for the text wall, and I hope you have a good rest of your day/night/afternoon.
