Great Video! Just wondering what you thought of the wetsuit and is this the 101 version of the krypsis? Does the extra 0.5mm make a difference? How's the compression?
Iv'e used it all year and throughout the winter months. Personally I didn't really feel the cold. (probably the lockdown fat keeping me warm) Ive got a friend who has the 7mm and says he can stay in the water all day. What exactly do you mean by the compression? If your talking about how it feels wearing it.. Its mega stretchy and you can barely feel the squeeze

From what I know the 115 comes with 7.5 mm shaft. Also what do you think of the gun and does it bother you that tje front of the gun floats more than the back. Also do you think carbon fins are worth it?
I have nothing bad to say about the gun. It seems very heavy when its out of the water but as soon as it's under water it's perfect. Personally i think they are, they are a game changer when it comes to long days out. You wont cramp up as much

Massive difference, they don't even feel like they're there to be honest. Legs don't get as tired after spending all day in the water the whole process feels effortless.

Bet your loving the carbon fins they are the way forward! 👍 how you liking the longer gun? Also how is the mask with the built in mount? Im using a strap head mount atm which is not the best tbh thinkkng of a new mask.
The carbon fins are bloody awesome. The gun is really good when it comes to longer shots but up close it can be a bit awkward, that's just down to the length though. I'm liking the mask mount as it's stress free and you don't have to worry about the strap coming off. I find it much better personally.

Hi, I bought a salvimar metal 95. I am new to spearfishing. Can you give me any tips on hoe to aim?
Like most weapon systems you need to line up the rear sight with the foresight to get an accurate shot. On a speargun there aren't any sights so you need to do you best in getting the tip of the spear lined up with the fish on a straight trajectory. If the fish is swimming quite fast then you may need to give it some lead depending on which direction it is travelling. As a good rule of thumb i like to always aim at the gill plate of the fish. Hope that helps

How do you find having a 115?
Do you use it most of the time?
I usually dive in fairly good Vis 5 meter plus, and I'm considering getting a longer gun as my main gun.

Some people say that it's too long but i think it works great especially when the vis is really good and the fish don't come in so close. Allows you to hit shots that you wouldn't normally do on a smaller gun. Thanks for the feedback

Thank you👍 The smaller one in about 5m and the bigger one in 2m. So not deep at all, it just knowing where and when to find them

What's your take on the gun now that you've been using it for a bit? Pros/Cons?
Pros - very accurate, sensitive trigger pull, it's filled with foam so if you knock it, it won't make a clanging noise. Moulded hand grip which is very comfortable.
Cons - 115 is too long for the UK waters, quite heavy out of the water. But it doesn't make a difference as when it's in the water it's weightless

How do you equalize as a spearfisher?
Exactly the same as a diver I imagine. Pinch your nose and push the air out until you feel a slight squeeze. I tend to do this every metre i go down as to not cause any trauma to my ears.
What diameter rubbers are on the gun?
Double rubber, 16mm and 70cm long

Where did you get the products from?

my friend it's ok i'm a big fan of your work and i admire a lot i live in brazil and i always dreamed of being a great diver just like you are but unfortunately i dive with normal clothes i don't have a wetsuit yet but one day i will have many of vesis me me chime with live water anemones is difficult but I believe that one day I will have an arbalet and a clothes but while this dream does not come true I live dreaming and watching your videos a strong abrasion
