Totally, I think it's intentional, there's a story about taina sending a video of her playing crystal mountain to Fernanda, when she was looking for other girls to form the band. Death is a big influence for sure!
This band rocks these ladies are great musicians! Have the vinyl and Cd! Hope to see them live one day! Hope it happens. Taina and Sonia Complement each other perfectly on guitar in this band and Luana is an awesome drummer too Fernanda a great bassist too!

Indeed, I used to hold the pick exactly this way, till recently when I was "reeducated" to hold the pick in a more tradicional way pointing it downside instead of upside. Although it never prevent me of playing the songs I liked, I realized that, at least for me, it was a really limiting factor to improve my guitar technique. After changing the pick style, it opened up a whole new road of improvement for me. Anyways, she did amazing regardless, just an interesting observation base on your comment.

In the beggining is like Death,and the third riff reminds from Carcass ,the song ,incarnated solvent abuse ,but we love crypta ,and what they do,very good riffing very good influnces.very beautiful faces,true death metal band.
