The price difference just 2 states over is shocking. We built 3751 sqft for under $500k. With that said, this house is amazing. Love the media room.
This house would’ve also been $500k less 24 months ago.

Which Highland Homes floorplan did you get? Please consider doing a home tour explaining the builder upgrades you picked -- since this is a pretty confusing area for most new homeowners.
