The game with the yellow hand on a stick is them guessing songs. A couple notes of a song are played, and if you can identify it, you try to be the first to grab the hand (it's like hitting a buzzer to give yourself the turn) and shout out the title and artist. If you get it wrong, opponents can steal the hand-stick and try to answer. Whomever has the fewest points at the end loses and has to perform a penalty.
You have to see the whole clip of the little phone scene at 12:56 for it to really make sense. Basically, Lee Know was being Lee Know and decided to call Seungmin for literally no reason except to annoy him and amuse viewers during Lee Know's vlive. When Seungmin answered the completely pointless call from Lee Know, he had to pause the game he was playing, and he lost the game just because Lee Know called him for absolutely no reason other than to annoy him before literally just hanging up on Seungmin with no further explanation. Lee Know was very pleased with himself. And then Seungmin called him right back, went "Bitch, you made me lose my game," and then just hung up on Lee Know when Lee Know was responding. Tit for tat, basically. Seungmin was giving Lee Know as good as he got. It caught Lee Know off guard to have the tables turned so quickly, so he just sat there staring at the camera like a shocked cat.
As others have mentioned, in a lot of those clips, they were still buzzed from performing (no idea if you're a performer and know the feeling, but from my personal experience, it's frequently a huge-ass adrenaline high [which is why you often crash eventually], and you're basically wired af for a while). But in others, it's just...SKZ being SKZ. They're _infamous_ for being loud and chaotic; they feed off each other. (Also, of course, these are clipped from longer segments, and they do make more sense in full original context.)

Te entiendo, nuestros niños de skz son muy ruidosos y raros, pero te acostumbras con el tiempo, te podría decir que los mas tranquilos son la maknae line ( felix , seungmin y jeongin) , aunque también a veces ellos 3 se contagian de sus hermanos mayores , en vlive felix y seungmin tienen una seccion que se llama ( el perrito y el gatito ) es divertido te lo recomiendo , me tiene contenta que seas stay y que vayas conociendo a los chicos poco a poco , stay y skz son una familia algo rara , pero hay mucho amor 💗
