FYI, Hyunjin is the most dramatic member in SKZ. He's crying the most than the other members. he has a very soft heart that the other members really care about his feelings. Chan said that Hyunjin is really innocent and that make him want to care about him more. Also Changbin said that Hyunjin has a weak mentality (a little joking) because he is easily influenced by other people's words and easily depressed. Fortunately Hyunjin used it to motivate himself more. Also, Chan said that he a little bit more harsh to Hyunjin because he know that Hyunjin would always fight on and be stronger and stronger
i guess bc you’re not that used to korean entertainment and sense of humor. it’s ok. the whole point of the video is him being overdramatic and cute.
hyunjin is confusing, i don't even understand him sometimes, i got used, but every stay loves his personality, he doesn't even try, it comes out that naturally to be dramatic and that hasn't changed to this day haha, you can see his duality, it’s insane 😭

The video of them celebrating wasn’t planned, or fake, they just found that their song hit 100M happened during a live and it was a big milestone for them as artist since they had never hit 100M in such a small amount of time before. It just shows how much more support they have grown since they first debuted.
On the full video of the 100m mv reaction, it doesnt seem like acting. On the vlive they actually didnt believe the fans commenting and saying it had reached 100m. Thats why they looked it up. So I dont think it was planned. And their early years they had alot of hardships so I could understand them being that hyped. That all their hard work was paying off. Sorry just wanted to put more context behind the short clip.

The reaction to God's Menu was actually a very normal reaction from Skz lol. They're a very loud bunch of kids so it didn't even occur to me that it might seem a bit dramatic to people outside the fandom who don't know them that well.
For stray kids it was the first time to ever get to 100M views after working so hard for years.
So they definitely not overacting at all.
Also they are known to be VERY loud. So that reaction was very very normal for them.
I don't know about other groups but for the kids they were being REAL.
Sometimes I refuse to believe that this man is the same who danced to “Play with Fire”, “Circle” and in “Psycho”, his drama stands out more when being with the members, it surprises me how far he can go but I know he is like that since pre-debut

I understand what you mean as I'm usually a more chill person , but if you get to know them more you would see that esp when they are all together they are very loud and you mentioned you saw some vlogs and they usually so chill when they're alone but together it's just chaos . and regarding that clip it was the first time they had experienced something like this , they've been called flops and got so many hate for no reason over the years so I could understand why they were this happy and excited and as they watched it happen .

There's actually a history, a long story rather for the 100M views. I knew it was genuine, but looks kinda over the top maybe because of the initial atmosphere setup during the vlive. They were already all hyped up.
Actually, just a while ago.. This fandom is not as big as we are now. We are still small compared to the others but before entry of 2021 or late 2020 the fandom was much much more smaller, thus every achievement unlock for them counts big time.
I don't wanna make a comparison, but.. Skz is feeling a lot pressured because as compared to other groups particularly their junior group, they relatively has small numbers of music show wins, and music video views. Specifically in KR, their fanbase is small and kstays have difficulty on putting their songs to chart which is very sad. I think this is their 2nd MV or 3rd that reaches that milestone out of several songs they have produced thus they were being overly hyper, on the other hand, their junior group could get 100M easily. It's difficult not to feel pressure on these types of situations., Their last comeback w/ God's Menu & Back door brought in a lot of international Stays, and mostly only discovers them around late 2020 up to 2021. But before that, it was really difficult to unlock an achievement for the fandom. Even us got shocked on Kingdom how the fandom grew in numbers.

You're welcome. 😊 Of course we knew you're being genuine, I also believe that those who haven't fallen for SKZ are those who don't know them yet. They've been through a lot.. They were called Flop, the fandom was called useless for not being able to give them wins, knetz thought they won't be able to go back up after several controversies specially after one of their member left right before their comeback, their songs rarely charted in KR even w/ their album Go Live & IN Life
, God's Menu became viral in KR but got no wins, rarely charted,& no awards. They have beautiful discography and very talented but for some reason they are not as popular in KR. Music show wins, charts, mv views & awards are very important for a group. They all lack this before. Imagine their junior at that time have already 30+ wins while skz have only 4 music show wins until now. It just doesn't make sense. Same w/ other groups of their age. So they usually celebrate each milestone unlock.
Hopefully, w/ a lot of new Stays, we'll be able to give them all they deserve ❤️
@@justo_olookin858 Bestie, you've put it into words accurately. I'm a post-Go Live stan and it hurt to learn how God's Menu received 0 music show wins. Tbh it was also very hard to win the 2 music show for Backdoor. Hopefully, we could see more improvement this comeback.

for hitting 100mil it was a genuine reaction stays worked so hard to hit that milestone we've been struggling since debut to really hit the numbers its very hard to tell on a first impression without seeing the clips of countless other times they genuinely love everything stays do for them I think for many baby stays its better to look up past skz content and watch those first before compilations because a lot of the times the clips are made with the assumption you already watched the original clips

Yeah Hyunjin is dramatic, it didn't fit his first impression image but he is that excited abt everything XD that's why we call him Drama queen
And the 100mil thing. Their Korean fandoms is small before and the chart in Korea is very hard for international fan to help. It's a popular thing for boygroup's music, especially EDM genre like Skz, but international fans seem to like this genre.
But the thing is they didn't change their music for popularity. They improve their songs to gain more fans. When their get their 1st win in Korea music show after 1,5 years, Han was crying for 8 mins straight while doing their encore stage.
Since God's Menu, each comeback after they started to gained more attention, and we stay because of their personalities
never understand why they’re not that popular in korea 🥺🥺🥺 and the difference between their local and international fandoms just shocks me sm...
