    I'd absolutely love one of these. Good note about the tuners :)

    This guitar sounds like a dream. Been thinking of getting either this or a gibson standard 60s, but cant decide😵‍💫

    I ordered the non-Art version, and it will be here on Friday. Looking forward to it. The only other LP I have is the Greeny. Not much of a LP type (give me a V or a SG any day over LP), but after seeing the reviews and the "after X time" comments on this, I really couldn't say no. Just the electronics and case with this makes up for that $1499 price.

    Hey man. Love your channel. I have this exact same guitar and want to change out my tuners as well. Can you post a link to those exact ones? Thanks

    My guy, a duncan distortion and a JB are the same pickup with different magnets. You could have just pulled the ceramic magnet from the pickup and put an A5 in it and made it a JB.

      @@Eliphas_Elric I know that. I didn’t wanna do that. Plus, I wound up making this guitar back to stock and selling it to a friend. And I don’t mind having a JB for other guitars.

    So you note in the comments you sold it to a friend, do you mind saying why? Did you decided on something else, was it too heavy? Didn't play well after a few more months etc...

    Hey were the Schaller tuners the 2 pin version? I'm assuming this means the two little pins to keep the Tuner from rotating.... Never changed a Tuner before so I need to know if I'm buying the right ones! Tia

      @@RealBillBerg_8 I don’t remember. They were a direct drop in replacement though. I didn’t have to do any modifications.

    You did also change the orientation of the neck pickup right? becasue i think this comes with the neck pickup out of phase.

    • @devinwilliams4038
      @devinwilliams4038  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@ixak being turned around doesn’t make it out of phase. It’s still in phase regardless of how it’s turned. In order to be out of phase the magnet inside of the pickup has to be flipped upside down. Even in greeny. The pickup being turned around backwards isn’t why it’s out of phase.
