I always emulate Tal by giving away material and my opponents always show their appreciation by winning the match.
We should have a blunder off some day.
Same here! My opponents always think highly when I pull off the Blunder Gambit.
Sounds more like Barnes
I've admired Tal since I was young boy. He has always truly been an inspiration to me. I've been playing now for 26 years and still manage to blunder my king instead of forced mate sequences.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I try to emulate Tal by sacrificing material in questionable gambits. I generally just end up giving away pieces but man does it feel cool
And when my questionable gambit inevitably backfires, I always refuse to resign until 1 sec before time runs out.
Very classy😂
I love that he read the comments from the last video and actually fixed the clock. What a guy
Antonio never fail to feature in Agadmator's videos, love it!!
Antonio channels his inner Mikhail Tal and crushes his opponent. Masterful!
The best video so far and great flow of highlighting important moments. You definitely mastering on comments while playing
P.S. Wrote this like 5 minutes before deadly blow, this combo with a beautiful knight control is a cherry on a top. Keep it up man
Nice game, pretty clean attack. Gotta remember that b4 trick though, always a good move b4
Playing to emulate Tal takes a lot less time than trying to calculate a move like h6. Good lesson for rapidplay. Thank you, nice game.
i enjoy very much when agadmator plays and analysis games.
Hey Agad you should make a video based off of Retro Recipes “Could an 80s computer beat a modern Mac”. Basically 4 games of chess between an old Amiga Commodore Computer and a modern Mac Book, with varying Elo levels. Would love to see your commentary on that
Watching you must have made me better at chess over these past few years, as soon as Rg1 landed i started getting excited for the pawn push kingside. I love an aggressive advance on weird boardstates.
Just adding to the general approbation of these videos of you playing Rapid. They are very entertaining and instructive.
Classic illustration of one side being so concerned with its attack that it leaves the king undefended even though anyone can see the wall of pawns defending the king will soon collapse. The queen and both rooks were totally out of position to do anything about the assault on their king. I have learned that at least one of the three (preferably the queen) should remain behind in position to stop an all out assault.
I'm enjoying these vids unbelievably , don't ever stop making those
I remember once I blundered my queen, and then noticed that there is a checkmate in 2. Turns out, my blunder was actually a brilliancy and taking my queen was a blunder for my opponent. 😂
I really like this series please keep this up :)
I'll have to look at your setup. You were many moves ahead on the king side while he never got started on the queen side (though you point out he missed a resource). Well played Mr Tal.
2nd : 2023 USCC - Atousa almost beat Carissa Yip, the eventual winner!
Carissa was losing most of the game. Atousa just blundered in the end.

Keep em coming!
Hiding behind the h pawn is bad??? Yea, that and allowing white's knight to rest in the center of the board controlling every useful defensive square black needed. And giving your rook an open file, along with allowing your bishop and queen to connect with tactics on his king. At that point I think the king cowering behind white's pawn was the BEST part of black's position...considering every aspect was worse than the next!
Keep uploading these videos..we like it
Nice game, Antonio!
Nicely played Agad! :)
Good quality fixes to the videos with the addition of the clock and the evaluation bar.
15:40 how can agadmator miss b4? He always tells us it is the strongest move.
Wouldn’t rook C7 have as a exchange sacrifice have worked? He gives back material then makes room for E7 to both cover the square and attack the knight that took the first rook
agadmator is a beast 😮
I try to emulate agadmator when I play. Seriously
At 1:45: he wants to play pawn to b4 ... that's fine ... Fine?! It's the best move in all positions!
He missed pawn to b4 & that Knight move!
I know it will happen to everyone's preference.
#suggestion remove the bar above your camera or minimize it so we can see your clock management too. We can already tell its rapid by the start of the game and ratings are also visible where the timer is
After watching this I was so exited that I played 2 rapid matchs just to sacrifice and win...I did scrifice meterial but did not win😂.. Opponent kept asking for a rematch cause of free pieces I gave him lol.
Resigning feels like being chased after a street fight.😂😂
Well done, sir
10:56 Nxf6 followed with qd5 check will win the rook?
Why doesn't Black rook on C4 take pawn on H4. 6:56?
# Suggestion: please play b3 with white or Caro-Kann with black. Thanks 👍👍👍
I enjoyed this 🤝🤝
These games on lichess are very instructive, probably due to the open-source commentary in action. We don't get to hear chess players think very often.
Great attack
cant see your clock. love the games.
@8:20 - Nf4 is worthy of consideration.
my guy ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I try to emulate Tal by playing chess, but it doesn't always go very well.
9:07 Ne7+;Bxe7 or Qxe7 therefore Qd5+ you win the Rook
It is very hard to believe that you missed b4 move😅
some catalan or french would be nice. thank you for your service, sir.
Love the videos. Your last 2 videos that you played don’t show your clock. They only show opponents time
#Suggestion please keep playing 1.e4 (best by test) and the Sicilian against e4 and teach us how to play against 1.d4
Hikaru's (the rapid WFRCC) wife almost beat Wesley So's (the classical WFRCC) girlfriend!
2023 USCC - Indeed Carissa Yip won and thanked Wesley So as her secret second in the 2023 USCC closing ceremony speech.
But in Carissa vs Atousa, Carissa was losing most of the game. Atousa just blundered in the end.
move 54 for black is an 8-move equality puzzle
it's so sharp

A really nice game.
Why didn’t black take on h4 with the rook after Nd5?
Please more rapid by you ❤
Wasn’t f4 much better than f3 or kb1 (which you played)?
very good
Nice game
I don’t know you personally but I’m proud of you nonetheless
One does not simply emulate Tal - Boromir 2001
8:23 Doesn't Nd7+, Qd5+, Qxc5 work? Seems like something Tal would play.
Yeah it seems possible at 11:00 too. I guess what he had was better.
@@oraz. No because the knight defends the rook.
Hey my friend from Croatia,im from Bulgaria my question is where is the dog?Medo was his name if i remember well.
Wish you health man!!!!
He is 17 years old and prefers not going up the stairs any more. But otherwise doing well!
@@agadmator hvala za otgovor.
#suggestion play the Saga
why didn't he rook h4x pawn?
How do you guys train yourselves not to make dumb mistakes? I generally do well and then at some point doing something epically stupid that ruins everything.
I have have started telling myself to "not be fancy" and it actually helps a lot lol. Instead of calculating some weird sacrifice in a strange position I try to make a more solid move
Don't relax however good a position may seem, always suspect your opponent is planning something, because if they haven't resigned they probably are
nice
Ok
2nd video playing and your clock does not show.
Fixed mid video.
Spectacular stuff.
😏
Love these new short games of your own very well explained
Think about your time !!!
It's not child's play to be like Tal
جميل جدا
Your time is not visible I hope you fix it next time
gg
Your clock can’t be seen
Definitely Mr alpha alpha considers himself the top alpha male😢
The first comment 😁

I can see a fork threat by your opponent I don’t know if you are aware of that threat Nf3 right you did see it your Queen needs to join that attack your pawn on f2 in way worked out great nice forced making him sac the Queen it was a wrap after that didn’t see your knight coming to rescue Great Game thanks was fun watching you were the one on attack he just on defensive your moves worked well
1st again
Please, we love your analysis of pro games, but less your own.
One every now and then is not a big deal, but in my opinion you post them way to much recently.
This is not hate or anything, juste sharing the content I like and dislike.
Best,
Greg
He still reviews the same amount of pro games so these games are extra content that we would not have gotten otherwise. Respectfully, if you don't like them don't watch them.
If you have free time, post some golden games, it's much more enjoyable and interesting than your games, don't get me wrong, you are excellent in analyzing but not playing
What an awful thing to say

Shut up, it's non of your business
@@AboudSafar it's none of your business what anyone does with their youtube channel either and yet you chose to make that comment

It's almost as much fun watching you play as it is playing my own games! I was hoping for another Evans, but, oh well, we can't have everything. ♟️ 🖖
