Growing up I had heard of many of the local dishes you mention in your videos, but had never tried them. In Pakistan the generation that knew those dishes has now passed away and only rarely their children learned those recipes. But seeing those dishes on your channel brings a strange nostalgia.

Mera bachpan guzra hai yahan , 1993-94 left and settled in Mumbai .i still remember all the street foods. #Unbeatable Kumar Talkies ka Punjabi Samosa , Sabzi Mandi mai Garam Dhoodh , Novelty ki pastries.. Fatak ke seekh kebab ..
You should have tried sweet , Til buggha , jalebi , Yaseen bhai Seekh kebab too. Am sure much more is there.

Actually Bareilly is my original watan. Town of my father & forefathers. I born here, grown up here, studied here and attended last middle school classes in Fazlur Rehman F R Inter College of that time.
I lived in old city mohallah chak. I still remember the day when I had to migrate with deep sorrow & heavy heart along with my family leaving behind all my childhood lovely friends. I love Bareilly.
