Best reply I've ever had on the tube. You took it for what it was and nothing more. Thanks for pointing out that there is creative material through all of the love and intent of creative flow. Yes now that i think of it, I had a few bangers the next day. Peace.
I know the pianistic technique account for a lot what is happening here, but I really like your ability to weave the different parts of a composition on the fly. Piano really turns your brain into a matrix.
Incredible! I've never seen anything quite like this. Amazing to watch and the sound/music is awesome. And this just flows from your mind spontaneously I take it? So cool! Thanks for the post! I'll be checking your other vids out as well!
"McFadden & Whitehead - Ain't No Stoppin Us Now" its been sampled a bit for other stuff like "Davidson - All I wanna Do" but this is where the sample comes from
This guy looks like he hasn't slept in days and has been drinking heavily, while rehearsing with multiple sweaty musicians in a squash court for multiple days. I know because it's me! It was all in the name of robotics, so it's all good. Thanks for the interview, FutureMusicMagazine!
Do you know if there is perhaps a video of said performance using those samples? I just really like what he did with it and I would like to hear a longer version of it.
Jeremy you are a very talented musician and you represent it to the fullest. I have an MPC 1000 in my home studio along with tons of other gear but I want to get a Maschine. Will there be a learning curve and/or a big transition from the MPC to the Maschine?
drugs is a helluva drug. I kind of remember getting blazed up in the studio and making slammin ass beats. But sometimes the next day they didn't sound the same. So being 'on one' is not necessarily the best 'aid'. But it is a great "yes man'.
the beginning of this video sounded soo wack way to much crap you was hitting on the pads.. but towards the end whoa sickness.. sounds like a masterpiece
So how much have you insured your hands for??? Trust me, I wouldn't give a shizz how I looked if I had skills like you!! Pretty much blow me away every time I watch one of your videos. Supremely talented individual with a razor sharp sense of rhythm. Sick. Totally gifted. But yeah, maybe a wash and a haircut wouldn't go amiss ;-)
no he doesn't record any of said remixes into "full songs" its just an old routine he use to do. He'd have to have the samples cleared before he could put them on wax.
Hey Jeremy, thanks for doing this for us and to all the guys for an inspiring show

Wonderful Mr Ellis! Thank you for inspiring me.

You have me mistaken, I mean, has Jeremy Ellis Made a full remixed version of that song?
I have a Launchpad and the almost the same but way more buttons aka pads, but you have much more things on computer to set up before u play
Killer! I want to be a finger drummer too 🤙🏽 2 month in 😝

Jeremy reminds me of willie wonka in his sweet beat factory :)

Я сначала думал что они включили перемотку вначале. Оказалось это он так на самом деле быстро машет пальцами! Удивительно )
