No, you can't use this lens on your Nikon camera. To my knowledge there isn't even an adapter that would allow it. Now it is possible to put Nikon lenses on Pentax cameras, but of course without auto-focus and the necessity of complete manual control.

I've owned over 20 Pentax lenses over the decades, and this is one of the sharpest I've ever used, and the motor is very quiet. It's close to perfect.
