I just finished my meditation a few minutes ago. It truly was so incredible & magical. Your voice is so soothing and the entire experience was phenomenal . Less then 3 minutes in and I was already crying happy tears. I felt like I was floating on the clouds as the sun was beaming beside me. My ears did pop and I was hearing echoe effects while having a l tingling sensation over my entire body. I felt so connected and intune the and had a huge emotional reaction in a positive way. I notice how off I am during the day if I don’t do it, kind of unclean feeling, not sure how to describe it. But today, I did feel my ears pop for the first time! I haven’t done it before bed yet, but I am going to now. Also, I do this meditation in my Nubian Pyramid, very powerful! I feel like my Merkaba gets to Andromeda instantly, but that could be what others experience without a meditation pyramid, but still it’s an awesome experience! I have to comment this because my experience was just so profound. I’m already very connected and the gifts I receive from the universe definitely stems from that. In just a few minutes I saw my energy field, I did not release how large, how deep it was and which chakras are blocked. It made me so emotional that I’m genuinely experiencing a second awakening. Lovely meditation. It’s pretty hard for me to visualize so idk if I did it right but I tried my best. I did feel a lot of energy in my feet & I felt some heat around my shoulders. After an akashic reading I was told I needed to shield my auric field by 12D night and morning. So I’ll try my best to do it right & hopefully get some visuals.

Does this work if you already have a negative energy or entity attached to you? I need some help I have a entity and everytime I try to remove it from me it moves deeper into me and I feel pain from it and I'm feeling painful constriction in my chest now from it
Hello, I’m so sorry you are experiencing this. The shield alone will not remove an already attached entity. But It may help you temporarily. What are you doing to remove the entity? You will want to use the shield directly after the removal along with protective prayers and smudging.

Does this work if you already have a negative energy or entity attached to you? I need some help I have a entity and everytime I try to remove it from me it moves deeper into me and I feel pain from it and I'm feeling painful constriction in my chest now from it
Hello, I’m so sorry you are experiencing this. The shield alone will not remove an already attached entity. But It may help you temporarily. What are you doing to remove the entity? You will want to use the shield directly after the removal along with protective prayers and smudging.
