Excited to see the drift car get dialed. I think you almost got him on board Adam. This would be the sickest drift build of all time. Matt will soon be teaching us how to remove love marks off a fender with a 3" Mirka DA and wool pad with flawless technique.

Free range chickens eat bugs. Bugs have a lot of protein. Protein changes the color of the eggs...
I know you didn’t ask but for what it’s worth you might want to consider not doing an open shower. I know they look nice but functionally they are not comfortable. My wife and I have had two homes with fairly high end shower designs to include the open design. We had edgeless glass doors added both times. The issue is that it’s cold especially if both of you are in the shower. I even added additional rain panels to add water volume raining down and it was still cold. Just offering advice based on personal experience.

Depends on the chickens. Genetic altered chickens have been done so for the eggs. Similar to the chickens bred for eating. We've got some chickens that are straight lineage. They lay funny eggs and taste different. The new exotic chickens are retarded. Actually retarded. Probably can't get many chickens that are similar to those from 50 years ago. They have engineered the shit out of the newer ones... for better or worse.

I build high end interiors for a living. I've built alot of roman showers, walk-ins and wet rooms over the years. The downside to large open showers is that you get cold despite in floor heating and auxillary heaters. Sure you can overcome it by turnng on all the shower heads but then it feels like your drowning. Latley we have been integrating steam into large showers so the homeowner can be comfortable in large showers.

You don't wash the bloom off fresh eggs. That's their safety barrier from bacteria. You can wash them if you're gonna eat them soon but if you dont, you can store them for awhile. Fresh, local eggs should have a brighter, darker colored yolk.
Raising your own chickens and using the eggs is way cheaper and easier all you have to down it wash it 😂

Back in the day you would’ve only needed maybe one or 2 guys meaning companies to do all the work now you need like 500 hundred companies to do stuff that’s insane!!! It’s like the car industry one guy to wire entire car but now you need someone there to make sure about fuel,1 for fire, 1 for air, 1 for electric, 1 for engine, 1 for transmission and so on all specialist talking and reference to electric guy end cost of something that used to be max of $500 now if your lucky $10,000-20,000 minimum for electric based cars. Having chickens is great. They eat bugs and their eggs really are better. Look at the tests on home eggs vs store bought. just clean them if the shell bothers you. Best thing for us was getting rid of all the food waste to the chickens

Actually the shoe elevator that adam is talking about should be a pretty easy fix to do. You could do like a attic ladder design where the "shelfes" rotate with the ladder coming down. Seen alot of spice rack designs done that way.

Use florida paints for your exterior paints they have the highest amount of mildewcides and the best color retention. And you will pay alot less than other brands. Florida paints!!!

Floors then paint always because cutting all the tile and thinset makes everything dusty. Another reason is normally baseboards and crown moldings are painted same color as walls and you cant put baseboards until floors are down of course
