The TaiJi of Li RuiDong

From its origins in the Chen Village, TaijQiuan has spread and diversified greatly . During my latest trip to Beijing I was lucky enough to begin study of the lesser known TaiJi style of Li RouDong. A combination of BaGua, XingYi and Lohan melded with early Yang principles Li Taiji has has become one of my favorite forms to practice.
