the only major difference is the express lanes have fewer exits. if you watch the next video in the sequence (NJ Turnpike Exits 73-68, 16W), you'll see that both roadways have access to all the major highway junctions in the area
@tpir1972 route 4 is more like an "arterial" in that it has interchanges with the major roads it intersects, but still has at-grade intersections with other roads and business entrances.
@tpir1972 i usually only do freeways so its unlikely i'll get to do route 4, especially since i still need to film sections of 80, 280, 78, and routes 21 and 3...
I wanna drive around NYC so bad! 2020 would have been the best year too!! LIGHT LIGHT TRAFFIC!! Had 3-4 months “paid vacation” off work.. BUT DL is suspended 😿😿 No insurance NOT DUI’s before you try to judge!! Lol NYC is only 12 hrs from me (Lexington, KY) sure would have AWESOME!!! oh well maybe during the next pandemic 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼😹😹
brings back memories... i wish instead of dash mounts some of the videos would do a pan and show the views off to the side too..$12 ? ouch, but only in one direction i believe.. think I remember when it was a buck 50

What is Route 9W I know not far here there is a 9W? Is that like a spinoff of Route 9?
This bridge is giant.
Why are there apartments near the GW Bridge especially at 0:14, when it's above, strange to see.

Can you do I-287 after it reaches the end of Route 440?
on friday mornings is there usually bad traffic?
I have a question about the GWB approach, I-80 stops at I-9, so why is it STILL called 80/95? 80/95 don't multiplex.
The Upper Level Opened In 1931
What is that tunnel that connects to the GW Bridge?

Why is I-80 mentioned on the GWB on the Jersey side? It don't begin for 4 miles?
@0:58 is that US Route 9 merging in on the roight to the GW Bridge? ad can you film the LOWER level both ways next time?
Dan Barker yes Route 9 does merge on the right of the George Washington Bridge
Is Route 27 known as the LINCOLN HIGHWAY the entire length?
And at what time frame does Route 46 begin?

Is the NJ Turnpike the EASTRERN & Western spur a continuation of the CAR and TRUCK lanes that merge in Newark?
So despite the fact Route 4as major interchanges with Route 17, and the GSP and 208, it's not a freeway, so what is a freeway?
Wait Route 4 isn't a freeway?
And on the Turnpike between 80 and the GWB is it called I-95 or the Turnpike and why does it change from exit 18 to exit 69?

We're going to be going through NYC and on I-95 next month. Is there any difference between "Express" and "Local"?
Could u also do the lower level of this bridge too?
@wmavfacebookstyle maybe the outbound lower level, but not the inbound b/c of the toll...
When you ndo this NJ bound bridge again, can you go onto Route 4 West, or you only do freeways?
Route 1/9 don't see a lot of treaffic north of Woodbridge, I think it's because of the Turnpike it's faster.
Ahhhh, I see, what about Route 18, there's a freeway south of Old Bridge
Ahhhh, I see, what about Route 18, there's a freeway south of Old Bridge Or Route 33 Freeway through Freehold
I call this the bridge of DEATHH
