Hey my names coach daven and here’s a few tips you can use to improve your skill. 1 work on The transfer of energy from your approach into your jump. 2 learn the timing of certain sets depending on your setter and 3 failure is inevitable so just keep getting your reps in. I don't know at what level you are playing but lets try: Alternate with back sets (behind the setter), and back slides, fake quick attacks in front of the setter everytime the set goes to the outside hitter, then sometimes hit a quick set. Play faster, less predictable. Become comfortable at dealing with the blocks, read them, there is often a gap, some window to score. Try sets farther from the net, giving you more room to avoid beeing blocked. Work your approach farther with more speed (increase vertical, hit top of the blocks). Roll shot / tip when necessary.

Just play and focus on correct form really trust me I might take a while but it takes u a long way if ur form is correct
As long as your goals are easy spikes, your game will remain mediocre. Don’t train to spike easily. Train to SCORE easily.

Anyone, any help on how not to get blocked when you are playing as a middle? (I often get double blocked, and my setters dont like to play tempo)
