If you watch the glider you can see most of your little corrective movements are having no effect, despite what you may think. You still need to relax more and it will be less tiring on long flights.

I think you have a problem with your harness , when you want to land you take your feet out of the harness and the hang point of the harness must glide in direction of your head (like this your wheight is on the rear and you can be in the standing position ) your hang point seem to be fixed, it is not good ...
@@hikkaduwa true … something went wrong so it’s been keept on fix position … will have to open and fix with some expert.. or I Will have to change the harness.
