I know this video is long, and it likely won't have as many views as you would like, but I love it when you do these. Just hard hitting, to the point, real answers to questions to questions. Thanks for taking the time to record it.
I like how this guy actually thinks his words through and actually speaks wisdom to mold it into advice. I really dig it for some reason. Its a undescribable feeling of being taken seriously for a change In this dangerous, mystical and barren place called the internet
Man, I wish I started training MMA at 24... On the contrary, that's still fairly young. It's ok to start late, might never become a pro, but you will regret not starting when you weren't sure or "felt too old" - I started boxing at 32 and MMA at 33. It's the best thing ever.
As much as some of us might have a vocation for fighting, being a professional isn't necessarily the intention of training. Fighting is a tough profession, and if you can make money some other way it might be better for you. The toughest pros are not people that chose this out of their many opportunities. They were people that had no other choice, and the odds they beat to get where they got make winning a lottery seem easy. I train because I think it's really fun, because it forces me to push my limits, because it makes me understand my body better and gives me confidence. There are many reasons to train even if being a pro is far from your intentions.
My favorite answer to this type of question: In ten years you'll be 34. By then you could have 10 years of MMA training if you start now. 10 years will pass whether you practice or not. It almost seems too obvious to even type out, but I think it's a great perspective to apply to any type of skill or activity you want to pursue.
I strarted at 21, Im 24 now, keep getting touted and pushed a prospect. Before my first fight I watched 4-5 Documentries on CTE. Now I train without sparring, just as a hobby and it was the best decision I could have made. It is SCARY how many people don't realise the head is never meant to be hit, not even light sparing, you build perm damage that leads into mental issues that are the hardest in the world to deal with. Idc how many people call me scared, I just value my brain more. I'm not taking the chance that this guy hits me the wrong way and I get concussed and then have to deal with depression and all this other stuff. Not many people talk about it, you can receive life long mental illness from a normal hard spar. Everyone's brain is different and it's not something ill put my brain on the line for.
23:05 this is exactly why I train in traditional Chinese martial arts. It’s the one I prefer. You would be amazed at how many people just don’t get that.
@@chronischermasturbationssc1027 Nothing will help me in the streets, some times I mess the order of using water, soap, and towel when washing my hands.
There's nothing traditional to China. Absolutely nothing. This tradition which they say is Chinese is Greek. The Greeks educated the Chinese and Asia in mixed martial arts. When the Greeks were fighting technically they had no idea what clothing was. They were still living like apes
This is the kind of stuff that you usually have to soak up when you first start by being around skilled people, and not having those "dumb" questions floating around in your head can be pretty nice.
Is 28 too late to become an MMA fighter if I'm a Navy SEAL Krav Maga master, and will my experience street fighting profession boxers in India be an advantage?
HEY MAN I'M 24 AND WAS GETTING PUSHED AS AN MMA FIGHTER. WATCH MULTIPLE DOCUMENTRIES ON CTE. THE WHOLE INDUSTRY IS A RUTHLESS LIE THAT CHEWS YOU UP AND SPITS YOU OUT. WITH 100% OF MY SOUL I AM TELLING YOU IT WILL NOT BE WORTH THE PERSUIT.
Good answers. I disagree about MMA not being a 'style', I think it has evolved into a style as these days most fighters use a similar combination of boxing, jujitsu, muay thai etc. techniques.
They made into a style . It's like monopolizing fighting. What they did was dumb down the fighters in reality making them good at all. Styles not excellent at any. They're basically halfway there on all styles of fighting. This is why they will always go to whatever their strong point would be. If they started off as a wrestler they will go to that. If they started off as a striker they'll go to that. There is no true mixed martial artist. That died when the Greeks wearing slaved for over 500 years. The Romans are the first ones to stop the Greeks from practicing Pankration. Disconnected them from their art of fighting. All the gladiators in the arenas were Greek warriors fighting for their lives because they did not want to stop practicing this art of fighting. So they would rather die doing it. Eventually it ended through force.
It doesn’t matter if you disagree, it’s objectively true. Just because you’re used to seeing guys with similar skill sets, doesn’t mean it’s a style. Look, a sumo wrestler could have an MMA fight with a guy who’s style is karate. They would both be MMA fighters at that point, both competing in the sport of MMA. They’re styles are not MMA. You and I could compete in an MMA fight, you wouldn’t have my style. I wouldn’t represent your style. You haven’t used my training methodology, I haven’t used yours.
@RamseyDewey if its simply a ruleset, isnt a karate tournament simply a ruleset instead of a style? I could go into a karate tournament, use taekwondo and still win if Im better than my opponent.
@@RamseyDewey My point is that fighting is still evolving into a mixed martial art. And when it does come to finalization it might get to a point where the Greeks had reached in Pankration.
An opinion I kind of developed over the years, though I certainly heard similar things to reach that thought, is that grappling is highly effective because it is very counter intuitive. Striking is very intuitive and anyone can strike and lash out with hands or feet, anyone getting struck can "cover up" instinctively. Even though their movement might be "incorrect" it won't be altogether ineffective. Grappling on the other hand is the opposite in the way that your instincts tell you to do the wrong thing all the time, you push them away giving them your arm, you try to escape and give them your back. The correct thing is so complex and the details make so much difference. Taking anyone that doesn't grapple into grappling is like taking someone that doesn't swim and throwing them into the deep end of the pool. *edit a word
Train Indian style wrestling, you'll already be well conditioned, and will dominate most people before you even start mma. Some schools of wrestling in India, do teach submission moves, that is very similar to catch wrestling.
You want a specific story? Okay: in the fourth age of the land of Tamriel, a powerful wizard cast a magical spell that turned all my backgrounds into Skyrim stuff. How’s that?
It’s ironic that the standing 8 count, and, I would suggest, the larger, more padded gloves, that make boxing more dangerous to your long term health. Both of them make it kinda safer in the short run, but a consequence is that over a career, fighters receive considerably more, and harder, head blows
@@RamseyDewey I always said the same about the helmets/shoulder pads in American football. The CTE is caused by the collision of helmets. Every hit rattles your brain. Feels a lot like being punched with boxing gloves actually. The injuries we experienced playing tackle football with no pads were mainly leg, arm/shoulder or minor scrapes and scratches. The same kids playing with pads? All of the sudden we had concussions and kids getting knocked out cold alongside the arm and leg injuries. It changes the way you tackle, the way you break tackles, limits your ability to protect yourself (peripheral vision) and gives you a false sense of security. I think it would be a safer sport with minimal padding and no helmets. I’m also willing to admit I’m completely wrong if I am, this is just from my personal experience.
@@SuperMacik1 it would be interesting to compare studies on Australian Football athletes to American football athletes. Australian football is a similar sport, but there is no padding and no helmets. I wonder if anyone has ever looked into that?
how do all? hope your doin well, ramsey, family included. think about 70% of altercations i've been involved happened at pubs carpark rather than streets, and 20% inside a pub, back yard parties 5%. only 1% on the street when some numb nut would 'ave a go. most of the 20 - 30 odd fights, [ though 1 hit knockdowns on someone drunker than self is hardly a ' fight ', all eye to eye, no coward punches, [ though i've received a few and enjoyed landing diligent responses particularly ], have been knock downs or first grab and throw down and holds. perhaps it comes down to environment when aggressive encounters occur more. keep 'em coming, taztez.
In a street fight, can a 30 year old Navy SEAL who is a Krav Maga master but also trained in MMA starting at age 21, beat a 30 year old Bruce Lee who started training in MMA at 14 and also possesses the skills of a Green Beret?
I love it how you emphasize that 'streetfights' are nothing like martial art or sports and self defence is just a legal term. Life is no action flick. Getting hurt sticks 👍
I enjoyed watching this and appreciate your honest response and analysis. I do a modified form of Wing Chun and BaGua that places a lot of emphasis on physical conditioning, footwork and positioning change angles for strikes and to avoid as much as possible being put on the ground. How much do you think that foot work and repositioning plays into the outcome of a fight? Enjoy your channel.
Footwork/position is simply put, the most important aspect of standup fighting. You’ll know this from Bagua Zhang training- that making 90 degree angles relative to your opponent is key to setting up an attack with a high success percentage. Just like you would know from wing chun that successfully attacking directly from the front down the center line requires a highly specialized handfighting skill set that most people don’t have. But yeah. I’m about to upload a video on a simple footwork and framing pattern that (hopefully) teaches this principle. Once you understand the principle of correctly changing your own position relative to the other guy so you can flank him and move past his guard, all martial arts start making a lot more sense.
@@RamseyDewey Thank you coach for that response and I look forward to the video. One of the most frustrating patterns I see in the videos where practitioners get plummeted is poor foot work and lack of timing and an angle change. The same thing with the tai chi practitioners who obviously seem stuck on the internal version of it instead of the external or combat version. Again, it takes years to go from an internal form to external with regard to TaiChi. So it seems stupid to me to challenge another external combat art at that level. BaGua could have the same issue but at least you have the foot work that you can use if not the hidden sweeps, throws and locks, which again takes long dedication, and should not be used against another unless you put the time in to the train it, integrate it and pressure develop it. I’m wondering if the same thing could be said about a Aikido but then I don’t know enough or have seen any high-level practitioners who have gone beyond the internals, mystical ideas and theories to Martial practice and combat. One of the biggest complaints of my Sifu when he sees us sparring is that no one is sidestepping, or changing the angles enough and after seeing so many videos of Wing Chun practitioners, get plummeted, I see why. And he often reminds us that foot work is 80% of the outcome of a fight. Those videos are a terrible representation of the potential of Wing Chun Chung and martial arts in general because of this linear foot work and attempted use of internal energy (Chi, Qi, Ki whatever). I mean you can reposition or carry your centerline with you 😂. Isn’t this why Bruce Lee loved boxing for workfoot work?
@@KhonsurasBalancedWaytoWellness all good points but the best way to not get wrestled is to wrestle/grapple. Boxers with great footwork and angle change but no sprawl get taken down anyway. Footwork is part of a layered defense in grappling the same way it is in striking
@@nathantheophilus4856 I agree. At A certain point of proficiency in one art if you have the time and resources learn ground fighting. If you have the time and talent combine both training. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the mental bandwidth or resources to learn both at the same time due to the intensity and focus needed to master one. It’s good if one has the interest and opportunity to start very young. I train 10-11 hours a week on top of working a physical job as an Ironworker. 5-6 hours in the gym: weight training, endurance, and some cardio; and 4-5 hours a week in Gracie Jiu-jitsu. My goals are 1. Fitness 2. Hobbyist 3. Fighting/self defense 1. If u had a choice between 2 of 3, grappling (GJJ), weight training (gym), and striking what would u do? 2. At 41, I keep getting injured doing weight training which puts me out of commission for weeks, at times. Should I switch to light weight/high reps and focus on martial arts more or ditch the weight training all together in favor of taking up a striking art?
If you are constantly getting hurt lifting, you are either lifting wrong or not healing up enough after each injury (most likely both) . With that mindset you will get hurt doing striking sports too.
how do all? great to see you've recovered well from covid. happy new mr dewey. i would suggest if not for the fight between the highest achiever in karate over in u.s.a. and same with muae thai in thailand where muae boxer pounded thighs of u.s. man into submission mma may never had evolved. your thoughts ramsey? unable to remember names though may have been 1 of your episodes, old b/w reel. so put that at number one.
This is a great video to see what generally annoys coach Ramsey. how's this -- Could an MMA fighter beat a T-rex trained in Krav maga by Bruce Lee in a self-defense street fight? also where's the best place to learn MMA on the moon at age 24?
14:25 I learnt to clinch in Karate, I was taking down bjj blue belts day one lol. I agree with the boxing tho good boxers used to overwhelm me (they still do but only in boxing rules, which is fine I don't care that much)
I would bet Mayweather pick and beat Rousey 9 out of 10. In general, Rhonda is weaker, and her striking is nowhere near close as pro boxer. Unless she can make a lucky rush & grappling Floyd to death, she has no chance.
Jefe hope your doing well I wanted to know how do you know when you have a good coach? 3 strikes and you're out, is my philosophy. Actually 2, most of the time. This guy probably feels entitled because in that situation he has the power. But he should be aware of the negative effect that online reviews can have. ;)

Hey Coach. Regarding Bruce Lee and "the father of mma" The opening scene in Enter the dragon Bruce Lee and Sammo Hong face of in something that can be called MMA (i guess), they have the open gloves and a few minutes in Bruce Lee puts an arm-bar (i belive) on Sammo Hong. Maybe thats were Dana W got it from.
I disagree with Ramsey's answer to whether or not there is an ideal workout for MMA. Here is the optimal training regimen for MMA: Every day do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 bodyweight squats, and a 10 km run. Make sure to eat 3 meals per day, although a large breakfast isn't necessary. Oftentimes a banana will suffice for breakfast. Don't use heating or air-conditioning when sleeping. This will build resiliency to extremes of weather. If this regimen is followed then the user will gain the ability to defeat opponents with a single punch. One side-effect of this regimen is that there is an association with allopecia.

@@RamseyDewey hello I’m yousef from Kuwait I’m been watching your video since 2019 I think. You have encouraged me to practice martial arts and I’m very thankful to you Ramsey for that. First: For years I was out of shape but I loved martial arts and martial arts movies or I’m kind of a martial arts nerd. Luckily I found a good fitness/MMA coach for me this year basically he’s teaching me Fullbody weightlifting, cardio, jeet June do (shadow boxing and hitting the punching bag), Judo( most my training is with judo dummy which is more fun than weightlifting) and Kali (just with sticks)and basic free running. Two days fullbody weightlifting, two cardio and two days fighting/free running. I’ve been training with him since November where I have lost so many weights and became in shape…Basically I don’t want to hurt people but I just want to practice the moves it was really fun even though I’m practicing jeet June do but my goal is not to be like Bruce lee but to be like Jackie Chan I alway like to be like Jackie since I was kid. Growing up my martial arts Icon is Jackie Chan, John wick, khabib, Michael Jai White, mike Tyson…you as a professional coach what do you think of my current progresses. Second: It’s a small request but can you do a video of bartitsu, it’s a silly arts but for some reason it caught my interest and I found it to be very fascinating, I would really like people to talk about it for some reason, the art itself contains three from Japanese jujitsu, Judo French Savate, boxing, Schwingen( German wrestling) Canne de combat ( French fencing) this itself it’s a big influence to mix martial arts it was kind of weird that the art of bartitsu made in the victorian era where later it died of obscurity and later was revived in the UK the early 2000s, that was kind of a coincidence that the media portrayal of this arts is the art of Sherlock Holmes or the art of a English Victorian gentleman 😂 this itself it’s kind of a hilarious and a fun point. It’s creator Edward William Barton-Wright is an interesting person he did not handle the arts very well that lead towards downfall. Third: Kajukenbo is a good art it’s kind of weird that Hollywood, ufc and the media didn’t recognize this art that much where in Kuwait Kajukenbo is very popular. Basically all popular martial arts in the world are available in kuwait what shocked me is that within the most popular martial arts in Kuwait Kajukenbo is probably in the top 8 most practice martial arts in the Country next to kyokushin karate, shotokan karate, Taekwondo, BJJ, (Maui Thai) kickboxing, judo and MMA. we don’t have Krav Maga so Kajukenbo is taking its place in Kuwait. In Kuwait Kajukenbo is more popular than Jeet kune do, wing chun, kali, wushu, aikido, boxing, judo, fencing, wrestling, systema, kendo, traditional Japanese jujitsu, Capoeira, Hapukido Any way wish you all the luck coach👍
That’s kind of funny the question “why isn’t .X. Martial art used in MMA?” The answer is always “some of the moves are used, but if that’s all you know you’ll lose.” But the question actually implies what isn’t .X. Martial art BY ITSELF effective in MMA. Of course the answer is the same but I just find it funny that you were answering the question, in a robot-like style vs. inferred style lol
About the belly question, having a few extra pounds isn't that much of a disadvantage and not having to cut can keep your strength up. Smaller guys who have to cut weight cant afford to have much body fat because every pound of body fat they have is one less pound of muscle they could have. Most heavyweights are nowhere near the limit, most guys at every other weight class have to cut to exactly the limit.
I have a question, I’ve been inspired by Ciryl Gane and I’ve been fighting switch stance lately (Don’t worry I do it with a clear purpose in mind everytime) - I’m just asking for any drill ideas to sharpen it, besides shadowboxing in the opposite stance of course
@@RamseyDewey I know I come off as a troll a bit but do like your content. I mostly do hema and if I had more time and money, I defiantly would cross train in judo or mma. The reason why boxing is a lot more popular than MMA is because it's a lot more entertaining, you see two people beating each other non stop until someone hits his opponent hard enough to knock him out cold. MMA because of it's grappling elements is less entertaining except to those fans that has basic understanding of grappling, so in general as far as lay people are concerned MMA is less exciting than boxing.
I don’t know about that. Most people who say they love boxing have never bought tickets for a live boxing event, or bought a pay per view, or even had the patience to watch the undercard of any event, let alone the whole 12 rounds of the main event. Most people who say they love boxing really just love watching highlights.
Because when you get older your joints are not the same anymore. Your tendons and your ligaments are not the same as well. The Redguards are the MMA fighters of the Elder Scrolls universe. They’re well rounded in all combat abilities and athletics, no glaring weaknesses, but no standout specialties. The Nords are wrestlers. Strong, fierce, and they don’t mess around with fancy magic like Muay Thai and BJJ. The Imperials are those gym bros who talk about UFC all the time, but they don’t train that much, if at all. They’re always using their “voice of the emperor” power to talk a big game. The Khajit do some kind of esoteric Asian martial art where they jump around a lot, since they have the highest acrobatics skill. Some of them can fight for real, but then there are Khajit like M’aiq the Liar who writes check with his mouth that his body can’t cash, but his stories are entertaining nonetheless. The High Elves do 10th planet jiu-jitsu… because they’re high elves, man. Look into it. The Bosmer, aka, the Wood Elves do ninjitsu. They mostly sneak around the forrest LARPing, but they practice ranged weapons because they know they’d get their butts kicked in a hand to hand fight. The Dark Elves/Dunmer are every traditional martial artist that rants and raves about the lineage of their style and who they got their black belt from since they worship their ancestors. The Argonians/lizard people are the underprivileged boxers of Tamriel. They had a rough life, so boxing was their way out. People underestimate them because of their limitations, but when the Oblivion crisis happened, the Lizards were the only ones who invaded Oblivion itself. To paraphrase Mike Tyson: “they were like Sonny Liston, like Jack Dempsey. The lizard people are from their cloth. There’s no one like the Argonians. Their style is impetuous. Their defense is impregnable. They want Mehrunes Dagon’s heart. They’ll eat his children. Praise the Hist!” The Orcs/Orsimer are like those reality based self defense guys who wear camouflage pants and tactical vest. They look tough, and they have a good sales pitch, but at the end of the day, they’re not really any tougher than the other guys. And finally, the mysterious Dwemer/Dwarves, are all the missing BJJ blue belts that magically disappear after getting promoted.

@@RamseyDewey the knowledge I spew is God given
An opinion I kind of developed over the years, though I certainly heard similar things to reach that thought, is that grappling is highly effective because it is very counter intuitive.
This made my day. It was tremendously funny. Thanks for the video.
PS: it also sounds like there is an opportunity to teach MMA in India!
Why would you go from one shit hole to a worse smelling shit hole?
Train Indian style wrestling, you'll already be well conditioned, and will dominate most people before you even start mma. Some schools of wrestling in India, do teach submission moves, that is very similar to catch wrestling.

It’s ironic that the standing 8 count, and, I would suggest, the larger, more padded gloves, that make boxing more dangerous to your long term health.
Both of them make it kinda safer in the short run, but a consequence is that over a career, fighters receive considerably more, and harder, head blows
It’s security theatre.

Do people cross boxing as a martial art?
I disagree with Ramsey's answer to whether or not there is an ideal workout for MMA.
Here is the optimal training regimen for MMA:
Every day do 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 bodyweight squats, and a 10 km run.

First:
For years I was out of shape but I loved martial arts and martial arts movies or I’m kind of a martial arts nerd.
Second:
It’s a small request but can you do a video of bartitsu, it’s a silly arts but for some reason it caught my interest and I found it to be very fascinating, I would really like people to talk about it for some reason, the art itself contains three from Japanese jujitsu, Judo French Savate, boxing, Schwingen( German wrestling) Canne de combat ( French fencing) this itself it’s a big influence to mix martial arts it was kind of weird that the art of bartitsu made in the victorian era where later it died of obscurity and later was revived in the UK the early 2000s, that was kind of a coincidence that the media portrayal of this arts is the art of Sherlock Holmes or the art of a English Victorian gentleman 😂 this itself it’s kind of a hilarious and a fun point. It’s creator Edward William Barton-Wright is an interesting person he did not handle the arts very well that lead towards downfall.
Third:
Kajukenbo is a good art it’s kind of weird that Hollywood, ufc and the media didn’t recognize this art that much where in Kuwait Kajukenbo is very popular. In Kuwait Kajukenbo is more popular than Jeet kune do, wing chun, kali, wushu, aikido, boxing, judo, fencing, wrestling, systema, kendo, traditional Japanese jujitsu, Capoeira, Hapukido
Any way wish you all the luck coach👍
That’s kind of funny the question “why isn’t .X. I have some things to say about Avatar 2… I saw it recently, and I’ll probably make a video about it… and how it’s a shameless remake of an old episode of Captain Planet. Seriously, I’m not joking.
@@RamseyDewey they also stole a lot from Valerian & Lauréline French comics volume called Bienvenue sur Aflolol and stole even more from Aquablue series of comics drawn by Olivier Vatine.
But still even if I think Avatar 2 is a hack job it was still a good spectacle but not a great movie.
Edit : for Aquablue one more proof, Spider literary looks like the main humane character of this comics.
¿what are your thoughts on UCF 285? Specifically the return of Jon Jones.
I haven’t seen it yet.
Ramsey ,will an MMA fighter win against multiple attackers without weapons that do not know how to fight, in an aggravated assault situation? Why aren't headbutts allowed in MMA?
1. Good luck with that. 2. Most of the unified rules of MMA are boxing traditions decided upon by the New Jersey Athletic Control Board, the boxing commission that wrote the rules of the UFC.
Amateur MMA often doesn't allow elbows. Atleast the ones I've seen
I’ve got a fun question. Do you think a well trained man 160+ lbs can fight against a 90 lb wolf in a cage fight? Let’s assume the man is trained in mma and has fighting experience but is not necessarily trained in fighting wolves, and the wolf, for its whole life, only hunted in packs and against the weaker animal of the herd. Let’s assume it’s to the death.
Ji jitsur don't work on da streetz
I love the krav maga hate lol. Im from south africa and I saw a place called "True Krav" and checked their site. Literally just commander Dale Brown type videos. They all follow the exact same formula
You just need a mesh underwear made out of a shark suit.
Maybe Ms Rousy body just pooped out
The reason why boxing is a lot more popular than MMA is because it's a lot more entertaining, you see two people beating each other non stop until someone hits his opponent hard enough to knock him out cold.
The whole age thing is so weird, try the sport see if it's fun first, I don't get why people stress about their age so much.
Because when you get older your joints are not the same anymore. Your tendons and your ligaments are not the same as well.
Going to a mixed martial arts class and end up getting your knee tweaked is not worth going to work with that pain or trying to get through your day with that pain, especially if you're working a job that requires physical activity.
You think pulling guard works on the street
Pulling guard barely works in sport jiu-jitsu. It’s a strategy for non-wrestlers to avoid losing 2 points for the takedown.
yeah lol
Ha ha ha 🤣 I guess you can do that if it's just one person My advice is not to go to the ground when you're in the streets. Unless that's the only thing you know how to do.
But even then you don't know if there's more than one and you can get kicked in the head or something.
@@RamseyDewey wouldnt a hail mary guard pull be better than getting knocked out if you cant gat the takedown?
Coach Ramsey, what martial art styles do think matches each race of the Elder Scrolls?
Dunmer - Krav Maga
Praise the Hist!”
The Orcs/Orsimer are like those reality based self defense guys who wear camouflage pants and tactical vest. They look tough, and they have a good sales pitch, but at the end of the day, they’re not really any tougher than the other guys.
And finally, the mysterious Dwemer/Dwarves, are all the missing BJJ blue belts that magically disappear after getting promoted.
@@RamseyDewey great analysis! I totally agree that Nords would be straight wrestlers. But I think I just about started laughing at the High Elves being 10th Planet. High Elves means High Rollers for sure.
As for the Bosmer, that one was really good. I do agree about the Redguards too. I do believe martial arts is mentioned in their lore.
Is there a planet?
What? There are lots of planets out there in the universe. What are we talking about here?
How come ALL the best rock 'n' roll song writers can't write decent rock 'n' roll songs when they get to be in their forties? I can only think of Pink by Aerosmith and a few Rolling Stones songs that were merely just pretty good?
What happens to the brain that makes people lose their imagination when it comes to this?
Instead of making rock and roll they start to smoke crack rock and yeah
they probably just ran out of ideas, used em all up on the good stuff
Because rock and roll is for kids. All the great song writers in their 40’s play blues… except Tom Petty. He wrote some hits in his 40’s.
sweeps in Muay Thai must come from the front. My teacher had a hard time telling us this while we did the pumb. We learned the hard way training for this fight. th-cam.com/video/d7WJsmEBuQg/w-d-xo.html
Love your quick answers to pretty much Yes or No questions. There is no complete answer to many so better to be quick. Like MMA, There is what you need in general and what you do particularly.
