I will run this adventure with 3 different groups of players during the next weeks, so I am listening to it while working to pick good ideas :) One of the sessions will be online, may I ask what software are you using to share screen and display the characters? It looks pretty neat!
I will be commenting your game from here and down. Man, I can tell you have a nice solid group. Players and GM know how to play. Many of us are not that lucky to find players that do not break out of the game all the time.

Pick all you want. Hope we can help. I use Foundry as the VTT. I use Stream Labs to Stream this.
