I like how none of them noticed the train driver vanished and was the one who appeared in the seats of the train. Also, Matt and everyone else completely ignoring Trevor about the flares lol.
While Alfredo's Visceral Scream of Terror at 27:18 takes the cake for most hilarious moment of the video, Trevor's Scream at 37:29 was a good way to close out the video.
A free for all version would be fun, kinda like the ending. Record their times on the train to see who racks up the most time. On the fly alliances and last second crosses as once friends board the train just to turn on each other. Food for thought.
Kinda liked the end game in the video. Just whoever 3 people is on, defend the train. The rest chasing to kill and replace. If you fall off, you are part of the rest. Worked beautifully with Michael falling, then getting out his RPG.
Make it start as 5 v 1, 5 people on the train, one chasing and attacking, no explosives, or maybe grenades only. When someone on the train dies, they become a chaser. Last person alive is the next rounds starting chaser.
Without a way to easily get back onto the train there isn't going to be many easy ways to setup gameplay where someone will have to get back onto the train. The only other option I can think of is a king of the hill style

Sorry, ma'am. I just thought you were someone else."
Expansion idea for this game: a group of individuals each get on their own train (freight trains too for some zest), and one or more players has to track down and kill them. Last one left on their train wins.
It pains me not one of them used the sewage entrance or the hole from the single player heist on the freeway to get cars into the subway for like half the video :(

I feel like a free-for-all setup would have had more coherency, as that kind of playstyle would mesh with the constant need to find the train after dying. But then again, if we did that, we wouldn't have all these glorious instances of *Achievement Hooliganery(TM).*
the tram's inconsistent decision to stop or not stop for cars might be its AI looking for cars which are actively being driven to stop for? something they coded for those sections of track in the middle of/intersecting with the street probably
Maybe a "game" like musical chairs or king of the hill where you fight to be on the subway with limited seats by a specific time? Points are gained by being on it by the end of the round? Or points can be earned by how many players aren't on the train?
When Michael was suggesting holding the train by holding the doors, I flashed to a thing I read years ago where a guy blogged about his commute on Vancouver's Skytrain: "Did you know that if you hold the door open on the Skytrain for more than 60 seconds, it automatically summons the police?" He went on to explain how he had learned this because of two fairly clueless girls who also did not realize that failure to comply when a cop yells "LET GO OF THE DOOR" will result in your arrest.
Always fun to see the people who have been playing the game for years struggle to get underground. Like not as if the story had any missions that took you down there, or that they haven't played any missions recently that took them down there *cough* autoshop robbery
They should do this again but as a king of the hill type of game. Maybe have teams of two people and you just try and get on the train and hold it for as long as you can
