I am learning ukulele. I would add to the info you provided about ukulele tuning/transposition, that a baritone ukulele tuning is different than a soprano, concert or tenor uke. A baritone is typically tuned DGBE like the top 4 strings on standard tuned guitar, so guitar chords on the top 4 strings without any capot are identical to a baritone uke .

I can't say that I actually 'play' guitar, but I'm working on it and have hope that the day may yet dawn when I do. I also can't say that I've ever had a strong desire to play a ukulele. Still, it's comforting to know that if I wanted to, I probably could pick it up. Once I learn the guitar, of course. Thanks, Jon, for a great video that I enjoyed despite having no real need of the information presented. Although it did get me thinking about key transposition so that's not a bad thing.

All hail you for sharing that trick and all thank your friend for saying Ukulele is just Guitar with capo on 5th fret. #Sorted for Life

I'm so confused. I played ukulele in school many years ago. They taught us that what you are calling C was D. I just bought a ukulele and I'm so confused about playing now.
