      And also, do you have a starters guide or could you make a tutorial on the tools needed to start weaving?
      Thank you for your tutorials, the are really easy to understand and really inspiring!

    I had really lost hope that I could ever learn this knot. I watched at least half a dozen other videos trying to figure it out. The thing that helped me the most it that this video uses 2 different colors of cord- it really makes a HUGE difference.
    Thank you thank thank you so much! 😊🌻

      Me too! In fact, I've learned to try to actually tie along with a tutorial, and if I keep not understanding, I look for another tutorial--often even by the same teacher.

    You are a gentleman and a scholar. This is the fourth or fifth video I’ve watched trying to figure out this snake knot. This is the first that is easy to follow AND easy to replicate. I think the resulting knots are more uniform as well, and easier to get into place.

    This is BRILLIANT! I have watched a couple of different videos on snake knots & it seems like too many of them tie one part of the knot, sinch it up, then undo one loop to pass the other cord through. It's confusing & now that I see your way I can't understand why anyone else would want to do it the other way!
    Your way of teaching the diamond knot is also one of the clearest and easy to follow. From my previous (way long ago!) experience with macrame, I was already familiar with the carrick bend knot (I knew of it as a Josephine knot?). However, I realize that I didn't always tie it the same way & having you break it down step by step helps reinforce which way to do it so that I can do it the same way consistently.
    I find that if I see another person's video about a certain knot, the first thing that I do after I have watched it is to see if YOU have a similar video because I so often find your way BETTER, or the way that you explain it helps reinforce it in a way that I understand better. I am new to paracording and have been absorbing videos to get ideas before actually making anything. For starters, I realize that before making some of the bracelets I should invest in a jig, or some other device to hold some of the cords taught.
    I have very small wrists; when I measure tightly it's 5.5 inches but for comfort I probably need at least 6. If I wear a bracelet over 8 inches long it slips right off my hand. I know that I will get better judging how much cord to use without wasting a lot. I really apreciate when suggested lenghts are given.

    Great 2 color bracelet, I like the ends of the bracelet too. Could you please give me some length measurements of paracord, or If I use a thinner (3mm) nylon thread how long must each color thread be? Need a circumference of 17-18 cm when the bracelet is closed. Thanks a lot for the very good explicit videos you make!

    What is the method used to determine how much paracord to use? You talk about micro-cord, but it looks like 550. Do you have a system that you use for determining length of cord required for a project? Thanks in advance. Really enjoy your channel.

    when you're putting the two colors together is it possible to do the manny method or would that make it more difficult?

    • @TheWeaversofEternity
      @TheWeaversofEternity  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could do the manny method, but I find that the manny method creates a bigger joined area than just melting the cord together, so it might be harder to hide the join in a snake knot.
