MsPerseenreika, to cut a tube normal to the axis without "unfolding it as I have done you could try to use the cut with ruled surfaces feature.

How do I fill that line? My pipes will be cutted by tube laser so there cannot be that line open. I know how to make it with square tubes but it wont work with round pipes.
