Really enjoyed this day exploring Kashan! I was definitely too hard on Abbāsi House because when I was editing the video I thought "Wow it looks better than I thought"😂. But it is a shame that the staff there are not looking after it well. It's apart of Persian history after all!
MURR -what a wonderful adventure for you .Always better to see places with the local people and friends .Wish I could visit but believe as a Brit I could only go on a guided tour .Still I can dream watching your videos !
A very unique thing about that garden is that all the fountains work without any electricity or mechanical pumps and yet the water pressure is equal from one fountain to another throughout the garden with exact same height, This water system was designed by Jamshid Al-Kashi a Persian mathematician in 13th century.
like me. Unfortunately I'm from Esfahan but I haven't seen there yet. The interesting fact is Every year I pass kashan on the way of Tehran to Esfahan.
The reason the inner side of the houses, in Iran, are prettier and are more attention are put on them is: The inner beauty of human is much more prettier than outer (Probably from Sufi beliefs)!

Fin garden is a world heritage since it is based on the most ancient garden type in the world. This type of garden called Chahar-Bagh (Four Gardens) has a unique structure and the first was the garden in Pasargadae (started 546 BC).
I don't know if you have visited this or not but In esfahan there is a historic bath house called RASKHON that used to operate with one candle only the candle was always staying on and heat the whole bath house and all water by firing the natural propane gas under the surface.
I guess the historical society or the minister of tourism a d antiques in IRAN should do something about this employee that supposed to take care of this historic buildings are the one Trashing it , I believe there would be something done about it
Hossein Moeini Spanish Inquisition a lot of Muslims and Jewish people of Spain fled to Iran and settled in Kashan. Iran always was a refuge for people from other countries. Armenians fled to Iran during Safavid. A lot of different nationalities during World War 2 for refuge fled to Iran as well. A lot of Greeks during Alexander found their refuge in Iran. Arabs Turks Monguls too. Africans as slaves and now as refugees. Afghans too. Iran is a multicultural country.
The old Iranian houses consisted of "outer" section ( berooni) to entertain visitors or conduct business and "inner" section (darooni) which was private and prohibited to outsiders. Abviousely the private section was more elaborate for personal reasons.
Haha, been watching your TH-cam videos for a few weeks now. Keep up the good work. Cheers. Was the naughty word the one that began with the letter K? Hahah
Sony A6500 and some cheap Nd filter that was scratched to pieces which you can unfortunately see in the video! But I just got a A7iii so will be using that for the next adventure!
Oh man that's tough to translate but basically when you see something scary or too stunning or super shocking you say "pashmam" which refers to the hair down there that fall off coz of the shock lmao
I didn't include the bad words that we discussed as they are quite bad to be honest 😂. Pashmam means 'My pubes fell off' you say it when in shock or surprised at something.
