A mixture between modern NS signals and 1980s NS signals there! I think NS primarily uses LEDs on crossings that get upgraded, but if it's replaced with some "in-kind" signals (like how these gated signals replaced gated signals), then the new signals will typically use incandescent lights. And I'm pretty sure Sandusky has some RACO mechanical bells still. :P
