Aspyn is me whenever my boyfriend does anything embarrassing 😂😂😂 Once in a drive-through, late at night my boyfriend stopped at this place called time hortons in Canada to pick us up some drinks, and while he was at the window taking the drinks to put in the car his hand twitched and literally splashed the drinks all over the side of his car and on himself. He looked at the guy at the window awkwardly smiled, said thanks, and drove off. I literally laugh my head off every time we talk about that story😂😂😂

If you're looking at mini vans I 10/10 recommend the Honda Odyssey! That's all we had growing up and the layout and function was great! It has the back air vents to the third row even! And when I needed a car when I could drive I got the old one and it was so nice to drive! Was great in the snow, super comfy, great space and they just keep running! Love them!
We have turf with 3 kids & a golden retriever. We’ve had it for over a year now & it still looks great! Our dog mainly just pees on it but we hose it off at least every week that way there’s no lingering odor. Our dog also hasn’t been able to rip it up or anything so highly recommend it 😊

We have turf and we live in St. George with two dog. We haven’t had any issues with smell or anything from our dogs. We just make sure we rinse the turf quickly right where the dogs go, but it is SO nice. I also work for a home builder in St. George and we use turf very often in our landscape plans. I think you’ll love it!

Aspyn, when you have 3 kids, it will be so much harder if you don't have the bucket seats. You will have 3 car seats and it will be difficult to get to the back if you have all three seats in the second row. The second row does bend and move forward but when you have a convertible car seat you can't easily unlatch it to move the seat forward to reach the back.
Heads up! My husband sells jeeps and the wagoneers are ALWAYS in the shop. He said 100% of the ones sold are back within months. If you are interested in it, wait for the next model so they can work the kinks out!!
I work for a car dealership and unfortunately if you want a car within the next year and you’re looking for something specific you’re pretty much going to have to order one. anywhere in the country is like this because everything is in a shortage, and if you try waiting for one to just show up they get deposits put on them almost immediately. Just in case no one told you!
It’s so funny, we just got our atlas with the bench and we wanted the captain seats BUT it’s the same with having to custom ordering but we love the bench seating and the easy rolling access to the back!
I just got the Jeep Grand Cherokee L and LOVE it!! Not quite as crazy fancy as the wagoneer but still super nice. They have options for bucket seats or a bench in the middle
omg Parkers story reminded me of this one time when I was a younger, I had friends over for drinks and a few ended up staying the night, I remember waking up to see one of the guys then wake up, stand next to my bed and start to pee on my carpet lmao. I thought it may embarrass him so I didn't even mention it to him the next day... lol

You should look into a Chevy suburban. It has air vents located in the roof on second and third seats. It also has outlets in the back to charge drones and cameras. And the dash isn’t too flashy. Also, my mouth literally dropped when Parker told his story. 😂
I would be careful with the fake grass because it can get really hot! Sometimes during the summer as kids we weren’t allowed on the turf because it was too hot 🥵 but I’m not sure if they’ve come up with modifications for backyards!
Keep in mind those split seats will be nice when you have a third kid because one will have to go in the back and it's hard to move a middle seat up with a car seat in.
In college my roommate’s boyfriend went onto our patio and did that in the corner - I woke up and opened the blinds and he was staring right at me while doing it! He was sleepwalking too - nearly gave me a heart attack. He then came in and tried to get in my room, which thankfully was locked otherwise I would have had to wake him up and have a really awkward conversation with him 🤣🤣🤣
Oh my gosh that’s hilarious one time the whole side of our bed was soaked like some woke up and stood there and peed but my husband said he would never do that 🤔🤷🏼♀️😅 so who knows maybe it randomly happens without them realizing it 😂
We have kids the same ages as yours and I wanted a car with a bench for the same reasons too! Just got a Chevy Tahoe and it’s got air vents and a DVD player as well as the bench seat and it’s been awesome.

Y’all should look at the Honda Odyssey. You can have the bucket seats or a bench seat. One seat is removable and they move side to side!
