You know, as the games go on, Etna gets meaner and meaner to the Prinnies. Back in the original version of Disgaea 1, Etna actually bribed the Prinnies to get their loyalty from Maderas.
you know I have never really considered these types of defensive plays b4 the consistent use of the base panel and that sacrificial lift that denied ball his turn were both very good
All hail Master Etna, dood! Wow.....I'm playing the DS version and seeing this video made me realize just how long it's gonna take for me to acheive something even remotely close to this. Great playing, man. And bonus kudos for winning without using a Majin, dood.
hey i dont use majins either so whats your reason? i personally find other humanoid abilities more useful and id rather not kill off 9 members for a ability to activate
I honestly started this game with one thing in mind, utter devastation with magic, and I did just that, by maxing out a legendary Infernal Staff and Perfectly reincarnating(or in this case Transmigration ^^) a Galaxy Mage and maxing all the Tera spells(yes I know, Giga Star isn't a bad choice either, I just prefer Tera star, preference m8) I am able to 1 shot anything that I come across regardless of maxed bills on Prinny Baal, I named her Ultima
@909thelegend909 Only the PS2 version has that song. It a nice song but kind of stupid to replace a couple of songs with some other song that wasn't there.
wow imean just wow. this is like my wet dream. wow my mind is melting. ive only defeated baal in the original disgaea. and it only took me a couple hundred hours u just f'd him up with no effort. i salute u sir.
after a year i finally know what you mean, i have over 190 hours, having three 40 rank weapons at max level and im able to defeat baal and prinny baal, im still not strong enough to defeat prinny baal with max bills and i haven tried on etna mode, where they are more powerful, the game is fun but i dont know if i should continue to grind until i can face them with max bills or just play another game
I have a question (for either psp disgaea) For example on Disgaea 2. Are Adell mode and Axel mode both there own storyline. So it's like 2 in one? Or is it just a small add for being a port?

Majins make the game too easy, but I gotta know how the hell you managed to get a Thief to LV 5700?! And kudos for not using the Majins, but rather regular units you raised and reincarnated as well as Items you most likely improved in the Item World. Speaking of which, that may be a good start for me.

You will have to transmigrate your mages(green,red,blue.) after every lv300(Genius.)into a different mage attrib Make sure to use each spell at least once if they are at lv 0 those ice,fire,wind,star techs won't be transfered after transmigration.
When i compare this baal to the 1 in disgaea 4 he's like nothing. i deafeated this 1 with overlord priere at level 3400, while that baal i have like reicarnated like 16 times with like 6m+ stats i cant even make a move.

etna got trolled by prinnys(at the start before fighting baal)
The PSP died in the US shortly after Disgaea 2 was ported, and the PSP wasn't powerful enough to play all of Disgaea 3's features anyway.
Nice to see somebody actually us some strategy and not just take the easy way out and a use a majin.

The easy way to beat him is with Battle axe which makes you invinsible and can be obtained in the item world
