Hi Motawe, When dealing with RS232 I would only use three of the pins. Pin 8 - TXD Pin 7 - RXD Pin 6 - Ground 0V Jumper pin 4 and 3. (RTS - CTS) You did not mention the connector on the computer side. However, make sure that you jumper DTR to DSR and RTS to CTS. This will just leave the TXD, RXD and ground pins to connect. Note: If you are using a USB to Serial adapter, not all of these devices are the same. @@ACCautomation yes garry, im using rs232 to usb converter from pc side, i think i have same product ugreen which shared already. Still i should deal with TXD , RXD AND GND , CTS and RTS MUST BE JUMPER. IF I DID ABOVE , IT SHOULD ESTABLISH LINK?

Since you are using a USB to RS232 adapter, also check your device manager in windows to ensure that the device is installed correctly and it has reserved a serial port.
