    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Shop blasting and diamond grinding are the two best ways for preping concrete. But they require expensive machines and vacuums that you can get at most equipment rental stores. The next best step is to acid etch the concrete, if you can’t do any of these you want to clean the floor with an auto scrubber from a rental store or mop it really good and then we require our prep replacement primer if you are just going to mop or scrub the floor.Thanks

      Our products are actually industrial coating made for military aircraft hangers, etc. So theoretically in a residential, or even commercial setting it will last forever. This is NOT a cheap epoxy paint that you will commonly find at box stores like Home Depot or sherwin Williams. It is a thick 100% solids epoxy coating.

    Are you working wet to wet with sealer and epoxy, and again wet to wet with highlights. Or you letting each coat dry prior to applying next step?

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  7 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      We let the primer dry for an hour to an hour and a half then apply the epoxy, after you apply the epoxy immediately apply the highlights. Thanks

      If it is a concern, there is a product called stop slip that you can mop floors with to add grip. I used it on an epoxy floor in a factory where silicone oil had spilled. It created such a hazard since it could not be mopped away. One pass with stop-slip and the floor had grip.
