In Singapore all most all child care is in multiration we here are multiration so teachers here communicate in english to the children so if mum needs to go work the child no one to look after they choose the child care to leave the child so automatically the child will pick up english but parents must take your time to feed him your mother tongue cause we Singapore born indian , chinese n malays children can speak their own mother language very well even if we put them in childcare .We Singaporeans of all racial want our children to speak our mother tongue to family members we keep english to communicate to other racial of our Singapore .so teach him n speak to him in tamil always hugg him with tamil
