What a brilliant candidate. He is being 100pc pure in all regards. In real interviews, English doesn't make hell of a difference as the panels are educated enough to sense that English is our third language. Lastly Adnan is good in English.

I have watched this mock interview of sir Adnan awan. He is hardworking, confident and self made person. Along with these good qualifies, it doesn't matter that he is not fluent in English. if ppsc selected him,so he could overcome this language barrier during service.

The reason why he did communicate the way we were expecting is bcz of lack of practice. The purpose of language is to convey your message and as far as it is concern ,he did it well enough.

I just watched an Indian girl interview aspiring for civil services on drishti TV but the way she responded to posed question was just amazing. The panel asked her very diverse and difficult questions not just constitution amendments. English was her major but the fluency and communication skills of her was astounding. Our bureaucracy would strive hard to reach that level.
