Those little Honda’s are awesome , I have the same year that I’m restoring , that I picked up for $600 . I just retired this last December and been really thinking of doing the same thing . I have a nice 4 br 2 bath log cabin I had built in ‘09 on 15 acres for my retirement in Missouri but I’m not ready to spend my days on a rocking chair . One of my granddaughters live on it with her family taking care of it . I’ve been thinking of traveling and using it as a home base . I’m originally from Ventura,Ca. I have family there too and my youngest son and his family and it’ll give me a chance to visit them too . I’ve been keeping an eye out for a 4x4 camper van F-250 to pull my 10 ‘ utility trailer so I can carry my Honda , generator , and other camping stuff in it . I don’t want to “ Rough it “ , I’m getting to old for that but enjoy dry camping to get away from crowed camp sites . Great videos 👍

Nice! I lived on an old Chris Craft boat in Mission Bay for about 4 months back in 2000. Not a bad time. Moved over to Bankers Hill under the flight path after that. Lasted a few more months before I missed the Pacific Northwest greenery and went back to the PNW. Love visiting down there though. Cheers.
My 1st solo road trip was in the 60’s on a Honda 90 Trail, LA to Bishop when 16yo, all on back roads! Was at Fiesta Island last August, it’s a special place. Give us a tease what your upgrade plans are.

Find the dirt road by memory! I wish I had a good one. The hot springs looked cool. Nice inside views of the vans in CA. I like the "studio apt" comfy look. I might want to do that. :) Have a good time, and enjoy the family visit.

I actually just downloaded the app and it's pretty cool. No van life meet ups in the area, but then again it's like in the negatives up here in gorham NH. Plenty of hiking groups though
I miss the more frequent videos but any video from you is great. Any chance you could do a video of what it costs you personally too live in the road? I know a lot of other Nomads have done similar videos, but you seem to live more thrifty than most and I'm just curious.

Always love when you release a new video. When you first got your Honda Trail 110, you inspired me to get my own. It rides on the back of my Class C. I love it! I live in Phoenix and would like to get in contact with the guy you bought your bike from. I need some expert help for some mechanical problems.
I love seeing you pull into san diego again....brings back the memories of my youth....biking thru downtown to balboa park, to hilcrest to mission beach to mission bay, to shelter island and point loma, rosecrans, midway, to cabrillo monument.

Was at the island last summer with friends for 4th of July ...loved it ..this year were gonna road trip in a 31 ft Minnie Winnie up the cali coast to Astoria oregon ..i cant wait ♡

Are you by the white mountains? I hiked the franconia notch when I was in New Hampshire. Check it out if you get the chance but it's kind of hard.
