Since my mom got diagnosed with some growth on her thyroids which will cause her to have her thyroids removed, I kept thinking of the environmental causes that we could have avoided. We've been using teflon pans in the past two or three years, we really like our perfumes and all that. You know, when something like that happens, it just makes you think.. Yes!! Part of my issue is thyroid related and once I received my diagnosis I switched so many household items that I never thought twice about. New pans, glass Tupperware, BPA free plastic and the list goes on. I know I can’t get rid of it all but I’ve been reducing where I can.

Me too!! Still love my perfumes but I’ve been gravitating towards my cleaner fragrances on a daily basis.
