This is so stupid.
There is no person on earth who is worth a life long reign. There is nothing a person can do to /deserve/ that. They can do a good job at it, but there is no way to truly and absolutely warrant it morally and guarantee that no other person could do the job. Stop putting people on pedestals and demanding they fulfill roles that cannot be fulfilled.
And it is also ridiculous to compare queens from history to... Dolly Parton and Beyonce? What the actual...?
The thing about Queens, royals in general, is that the moment you are born with a claim to a throne, you have to protect it because on it depends your life. If you lose power, control and throne, you're dead. It happened to Mary, after all. Hell, Catherine in the show could smell an uprising years away and had to rip it by the root because she knew should it be successful, all of her children would be slaughtered simply because they some day might perhaps stake their claim for a throne. It wouldn't matter if they wanted or not, the sheer possibility would have them killed.

Morgana: the only thing that makes me want to watch Merlin. So sad that Merlin's writters don't give a chance to her 😕 (Uther made many bad things, but just Morgana is treated like a monster).

Oh I love Merlin for everything!! The way that Merlin comes into his own and the way Arthur accepts him for who he is at the end and the great relationship between Merlin and Gaius. I think this show is amazing because it really drives home how no one can know their destiny but they have to embrace it. So if you feel motivated simply because of Morgana then I would say give it another go!
