I love that you've included Calanthe. Most of the other Queens are young and have to fight for their throne, while Calanthe already is an established authority.
Sansa is such a strong, wise queen. He endured hell and more, and seeing her watching Ramsey die was WONDERFUL.
Also they did Daenerys dirty, she was f*cking amazing!
they were both fantastic but i think grrm was right to make sansa queen in the end and have the starks reclaim their birthright from those very first episodes. After everything that happened it feels sort of poetic, i can't wait to see how he writes it in his books (if ever lol)

All Sansa ever wanted to do was get away from Winterfell and go South to live a grand life of social luxury. Every move she made after that dream died was for Winterfell. First, she brought an army to take down the Boltons. Then she left South to tell the new Westerosi King that Winterfell is staying independent. Once she returned North she came back as a Queen. Through the entire show, the weapons she wielded were voice, mettle, and presence. She poured out as much blood, sweat, and tears as anyone on the battlefield yet her fights were always in chambers.
I think you mean metal, not mettle. I personally prefer daenerys' story, she fought harder than anyone

I don't know why do they love to destroy really amazing characters and praise side ones. It doesn't make sense. For me Daenerys is still braker of chains and unborn daughter and mother of Dragons. I cried so hard because of pride when people screamed out- loud "Meesaa" and raised her up. Or when she told to her army to fight as free people not slaves.
Not Jon Snow killed her, show creators did.
I just realize one thing. When a king is cruel and tyrannical, once he rises as a victory, everyone praise him to be a gallant, wise king. But if it's a cruel and tyrannical queen ruled with power, they call her as a witch, deranged and manipulative woman.
Men, such power they hold in this world that fuel their pride and ego, trampling on women who seems weaker and seem as a seducer if they (women) climb up all the way to the top.
