Ito yung bahay na gustong gusto ko mag ka house tour hanggang picture lang to sa fb ko naka save ito mismo ang iba lang ay sofa tyaka yung sink niya ay maliit na rectangle lang tas yung pwesto ng microwave yun lang yung iba pero ito talaga yung bahay na yun at ganto gusto ko ipatayo in the future for myself 🥰 ang ganda niyaa

,gusto ko to na house plan & designed. Pero Kung may pera pa ako gusto ko yong. 8x8 = 64 sqm.

2. Should be clutter-free
3. Its Functionality

I love your tiny house: the big yard is the extension of your living room to entertain guests in! Where is this located at?
We mainly use it for our alfresco dine in for our Korean Samgyup Restaurant. We are located in Victoria Laguna po 😊

If this is 800k labor and materials to build how come some builders quoted me 1.3M for just finishing of a 40sqm townhouse and thats only for a standard finish 🤔

1.6 million is that what that means because if it is all I can say is NO WAY for 1.6 million I can buy a country pile with acres of land in England and yes I get it minimalist I have yet to see one as beautifully as they are done would entice me to get one.

Hi! 1.6M includes materials, labor, interiors, and all the furnitures inside the house. Mahal na talaga magkabahay these days. Price will also vary sa location kung san ka magpapatayo.

Sa pagpapatayo ng bahay ay tamang pagpaplano, hindi sa construction mo pa lang makikita ang mga kamalian which is not right. Changes during construction is very costly, maraming maapektuhan. Pagplanuhin mabuti bago isagawa. Hindi dapag magmadali sa pagpaplano ng bahay.
