You are right about that with fried foods that’s what it does and not to mention. Also, the grease goes on your cabinets and stay there and everywhere else.
OH MY GOODNESS, I'm the same. I don't fry food in my living too. It's the grease popping for me. Plus growing up on it and it makes my knees ache. I like to make, cook everything at home. It taste so much better anyway.

I see why being in a big family you have to take your things and eat and drink fast. You have someone to say no if you don’t. You have to fight for your things. One day the kids will have their own channel and speak their mind. The older ones always doing all the works and no going to school. Homeschool to cook and stay with the babies.

Years ago...I use to each chinese food like it will never be none! This was when tyiesha was 2 going on 3 years (now 15 years old). So I had a good weight on me especially in my stomach. So eversince I ask my sister Wanda what can I do to empty my stomach...she said Chocolate Milk!
It works, still drinking today and had a glass last night! Chocolate milk TRULY works! Go Lisa cooking is essential and fun always be proud of the things you accomplished!
Samvia keep your WINDOWS OPEN when frying chicken. If the windows are closed all the time the scent will stick to the wall, furniture and clothes.
I went to someone's apartment about 10 years ago seen that their place smelled like chicken, because the windows are never open. I went smelling like..."Into the Night" and coming out like I fried chicken...Lol

One time I bought a watermelon thinking it was sweet...but it wasn't sweet enough and had a cucumber taste, so I gave it to my kids! I am picky and taste is very important even with my cooking. I developed so much into cooking professionally. When my oldest two were younger it was boxed kraft mac & cheese, chefboyardee in the cans, quick hot dogs bologni sandwiches, frozen meals etc. I couldn't fry chicken for nothing. Within 15 years ago I started to develop a skill in cooking by doing quick things from scratch. I tell you Samvia you love my baked mac & cheese! I do chinese dishes like Orange Chicken very simple sauce from scratch. I changed the ways I use to make meals and so proud. I look back and say what was I eating? Lol

The trick is to put the grease in an aluminum grease jar and wash the pot immediately with dawn dish liquid and hot water clean off the stove too. Make sure you have splatter screens to cover the fry pan😊😊😊Love ❤❤❤y’all family…
