Hello sir, Thanks for the detailed explanation, Request you to answer one quest: I am completimg 10 years of NPS investment in private sector, and planning to prematurely Exit at age of 45. I understand 80% of my corpus will go to annuity purchase, so will i get annuity pension pay back every month immediately from the age 45 itself or only at age 60 it starts. Kindly clarify. Thank you
Interest on annuity corpus is less than fixed-deposit, in fixed-deposit one can get the whole money whenever they want, then why someone consider to invest for annuity?
when you are doing a video like this keeping NPS in mind then why someone will bother about short term appreciation, they will obviously look for much longer horizon, so no one should focus on 1 3 5 years returns, look for 10+ years returns
I’m government employee in cisf. i came here to see if i can switch my investment into equity through active option as you have suggested. but as you told that government employees can not choose that option so that means i can’t select it right?
@@karangawali789 you can choose active plan in nps where you have to options like LC50, maximum equality 50 percent, ir LC 25, where maximum equality is 25 percent and is auto mode based age, equality exposure will decrease. There are designed for government employees.
Negative point of nps is one needs to buy annuity when pension is required. While withdrawing pension, it's very low percentage of corpus accumulated. Also on the death of nps holder, spouse or children will get even lower percentage pension. So i do not recommend nps.
