Gustavo Silveira Travis picking. It's kinda like the thumb has almost separate finger picking pattern on the bass strings played over a melody done with your other fingers. Dunno if that's the best explanation of Travis picking but...
it might be just picking the bass note of the chord and then the rest at the same time or in sequence, if you look at the time the strings move Ihink you can tell
