You cracked me up, Simon! 🤣 “If you have the Before Tarot and the After Tarot... then the In Between Tarot is JUST THE TAROT” 👏🏻 I love your walkthroughs!
Simon, it's a really really spiritual deck that ties all of the images we've seen with the Rider-Waite tarot decks together and has completed the original (untold) story. The creation of this tarot is well done by Lo Scarabeo!
Just when I thought I’m not going to have any more decks...... It’s so interesting to see the relations between two cards in one. As much as I sort of understood the relation between the cards (esp in minors, ace to 2 to 3 so on) but looking at it visually with inbetween tarot... just wow. I did not expect this.
This is such neat concept! I have never been really interested in owning the Before or After tarot decks, but I feel like this one offers a really interesting perspective. I also couldn’t figure out how this would work in the minors. But of course the 10 circles around to the Ace and the King to the Page. After watching both you and Jen, my wishlist grows again...lol. ❤️
@@the_hermits_cave LOL! I think I am unusually receptive this month or something. I have been getting lots of Cups! I passed on the Slow Tarot during the Kickstarter....but have often wondered if I shouldn't give it another chance. The Devil card was a struggle...but largely because of how others viewed it and that affected my opinion a bit.
Ah Excellent, I have the In-between Tarot arriving on Tuesday. My two Sons have bought me the Before and After Tarot for Christmas, So I have them to look forward too. Delighted that you are doing this video on it so that I know what to expect.
Elaine Murphy very kind of you to say Elaine, I’m very excited to see it too, it’s very surreal to see it being reviewed on the internet before you’ve even held it yourself lol :) x
Think about a book that would have the pictures side by side; ” before, during and after tarot” and then the picture of the in between tarot as a transition to the next. What a great study tool that would be. Sure you could do that with four decks but in book that could also be awesome. I don’t really see me reading with any of these three but as study tools maybe.
I'm in agreement. I see these as possibly great study tools, but not necessarily best for reading. I think someone could put together a fantastic book using the Before, Waite-Smith, After, and In Between for each card. That book would be a pretty good study tool too.
Very interesting. I have thought should I or shouldn't I purchase this deck. I would have liked the outside box similar to the before and after tarot. However, I did enjoy your unboxing. I would use this deck for a spread on where I am currently at, and why do I feel stuck or confused on my next decision or move in my life. This deck will also lead up to the possible outcome as you see the next step. Thank you again Simon for this review. Cards are in the cart 🤩 Take Care Tamsyn
Such an interesting deck! When youve had a good look at the guide book, would you mind letting us know if it describes the cards and if you found the book useful? Thank you for sharing Simon xo
I really like this deck, such a fab concept 😊 favourite card for me of course is the Hanged Man going into Death - amazing! Another one added to my wishlist 😍❤️
Love these cards. The intuition work that can be done would be off the scale! Definitely my birthday present to myself. I adore how each set has it's own storyline. I've been wanting a deck that does that since I first got into tarot. I like how they've incorporated the astrological signs into the cards. I think it's going to help me remember, that as well as the order of the major Arcana's, I'm awful still at remembering that 😋
Wow that is such a beautiful deck.... it was really enjoyable to watch you go through the cards. I'm not sure it's one I'd want to read with, but what a beautiful journey!
I will admit I was disappointed it wasn’t in the same style as the Before and After. I’d hoped it would be a true trilogy. I do appreciate what it brings as far as two cards in one. That was a surprising and fun twist! I didn’t know this was a majors only deck either. Wonder if it’s still in print? Of course, our favorite is The Strength into The Hermit. Hope you get on well!! 😃
I’ve just bought this and I blame you..you enabler you...🤣..I hear your voice me duck at random times of the day...🤣..Next deck on my list..Visa Versa Tarot..Stay Safe🥰
Hi, I saw few cards and I already love it... 👌✔ Amazing... Great Artist! I thougth we were by Tolkien too by the Emperor ! The Third Argonath Gondor Door ! But in this game, the top of the cliff is above the statues... In the movie, the statues overlooks the cliff... I hope you understand... I'm not sure but there is perhaps an implied message with the wicker man ? The movie with Nicolas Cage???🤣😂 Thanks for share this beautiful Tarot... Best regards of Paris 😀
Hi Simon, my again, sorry to be a pain in the butt. I hope you do not mind, but I have tagged you on a review of this deck on my channel, by way of a thank you for your sharing. I just realised that I may have tagged you incorrectly as I put hermits cave as opposed to thehermitscave... Ohhh blooming heck, I am going to go back and try to rectify that... as you can probably tell, I am totally new to this TH-cam stuff lol
The artwork is very beautiful, but I personally find the cards rather confusing. Some cards I think represent the next card more so than the card it's suppose to dipict.
One thing that "erks" me about this deck is, why does it have the same card name on the left? For example; the Magician card. It has Magician written on the left, Magician written down the bottom and then The High Priestess written on the right. The right side makes sense, as its the next card. I'd prefer if they got rid of the "doubled up title" on the left side and put the corresponding card before it. So for the Magician card, you'd have the Fool written on the left and still the High Priestess on the right?! :)
@@the_hermits_cave Ohhh right, as in laid out in a row? Then you can follow the names from left to right? Hmmm yeah I can see your point :) I guess that's not my reading style. I just thought with the way I mentioned, that it would make sense as the "IN BETWEEN" tarot lol :D

The death card is stunning, with the flame looking like a phoenix, fantastic symbol of rebirth.

Lolol yes I thought the same exact thing.
And I only find this, a year later.
Who would have thought
I only have the After Tarot. Now I need the Before and In Between Tarot. I like the concept of this deck. Very interesting. Love it!
I get so excited knowing that your going to have new tarot cards that I’m going to have to look into 😍😍✨
Glad you enjoyed 😉
That 3 of coins gave me a visceral feeling in my chest, power indeed! Nice to see a flip through of this deck, thank you.
I ❤️ the pictures in this deck and I find the concept of this deck very interesting 🙂 thank you for doing this walk through
Never seen a deck quite this lovely! Brilliant!
This is a fascinating concept; such beautiful art work!

Jen's Balanced Tarot Your poor wish list! I can relate.... I’ve just discovered The Slow Tarot!

Jen's Balanced Tarot With it being Temptation?

I did I reading with it last night and it was really interesting. My 3 card spread became a 6 card spread!
Gorgeous deck, on my wishlist for short term purchasing :-) love your reviews, many thanks!!
Interesting deck. I really like this concept.
Thanks , Simon. I have the same one. great art here. I have the same deckand was curious about finding reviews on it!
The story/ journey was always all along... now we see it more clearly!!! Loved The Justice going to judge the Hanged Man!!!
Such a cool deck! Really love how the cards are linked into the circle of life, death, and the spiritual journey. And diversity!🤗💋❤️😘
I really wish the Art Style was similar to the Before and After... but with the Magnetic book box packaging, it will be a musthave for me.
The swords suit might be referring to Achilles and his captured slave Brises, Achilles was the son of a sea goddess, that 5 of swords stuck out to me.

This one looks absolutely stunning. Have you worked with this deck by now and what was your experience with it?
Very beautiful and interesting, but I don’t think I can do a reading with it, a bit confusing. 😄

What a beautiful deck! Did you manage to find this in the UK?
Yes I got it from Book Depository 🙏🏼
Thank you 😊
Remind me of the deck (3 cards) in your intro?
Tarot Des Aux Arcs 😉
The third card looked like The Sun, Simon. With the baby and the red draping (??)
Thank for this! I'll skip on this one.. I have the "Before", "After" and the "New Vision", but this one is too far away from Pixie's design...
VERY interesting review. BTW, how is your tattoo healing? Also In "The Wickerman" with Nicholas Cage, I was cheering for the pagans.
You would with Nicholas Cage version! 😝
Tattoo healing nicely now thank you 🙏🏼
