I am no expert in POE or anything and i kinda need your help. do you have a vid for a lvl 71 inquisitor templar that just finished the 10 acts (and can't do anything vs the end maps and who has only 11 chaos orbs)? I used to play an elementalist build. Mostly ice. I don't need something great, just something capable of playing through endgame.
I'm now lvl 84 sitting at just under 13k damage without my flasks and charges, when i have max charges and flask's in use i'm at about 27k. I have 0 problem staying alive and 0 problems clearing, all with gmp of course. What is your end damage/what should the damage look like? Am I headed in the right path? Do you also have any tips as to how I could increase my dps?
How is swords now? I used to play this exact build way back, but then with foils (with a few tweaks to max dps using some nifty + to gems on the shield)

Ok, I forgot to do the 2nd labyrinth so that upped my attk speed, but it's still not as fast as the video, and I feel like my damage could be improved. Do I need to buy better claws? I bought one that was recommended but I'm only getting 3k.
It really depends on the amount of currency you are willing to spend, this build can work on a 15 Chaos Gear but you can spend more than 15 Exalteds maximizing it with 6L and better rare claws
The cheapest Lycosidae Rawhide Tower Shield is actually at 3 Exalts. The Price has gone crazy this league. So no, its not really a budget friendly build. I have the same Problem with my "budget friendly" elemental crit Cyclone Raider.

Pretty good, just follow the video instructions for boss fights, the damage is awesome :)
