POV: You Encountered the Massive El Gran Maja in the Arctic Ocean
El Gran Majá (The Great Maja) is a hypothetical marine creature (likely inspired by Bloop) that was created by Borisao Blois. El Gran Majá has extremely long, sharp teeth, and its mouth is tucked back a little bit. It is observed to have 6 white, small eyes, and a huge mouth. This monstrous sea creature is 675 m (2214 ft) long, almost doubling the length of the Bloop.

So Big 😮
😅😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂😂🎉😊
Thanks, but my friend said "wow what a nice profile picture😥 Its showing the butt of the person" 😂🤣
This must be the smallest El Gran Maja’s been so far, and yet not any less terrifying. I love it.

I think FINDING it is much worse lmao
Lol like seeing it is any better 😂
It's called terror. A different feeling than horror.
i was more on the fact that it was able to move out of the way that fast and that quiet without disturbing the water.

Horror is when you submerge and find the monster underwater but terror is when you submerge again but find the monster isn't there anymore.
ah yes. the spider conundrum
No
Buddy that means the monster left and it’s not interested in you, it’s exactly the opposite

You die, but I win.
I love that visceral feeling you get when you suddenly see a giant open mouth full of pointy teeth. There's no creature in the fossil record that could present a mouth that large relative to a human, but the terror is still coded in there, maybe from our rodent-sized ancestor days
I’ve never thought about it like that but you have a really good point
Megladon coming from below would be similar enough for my taste 😂
Megladon coming from below would be similar enough for my taste😂
Imagine one of the illegal Japanese or Norwegian whalers having an encounter thinking the moving fin beneath the surface belongs to a blue whale...
As a Japanese, I would like to eat El Gran Maja too.
Why illegal? whales are 🏳️🌈
😂😂😂😂@@Prigozhin364
No doubt, but remember, you can only eat what you can hunt. but you can practice with Gojira first @@Prigozhin364
the Japanese would just make Sushi out of it
And just like that, I now have megalohydrothalassophobia (fear of large underwater creatures or objects).
You should play Subnautica
Help I summoned the soul of a great one trying to prounouce that phobia he-
And just like that you gained a sister.
Phobia implies it's irrational. I think anyone who isn't scared of big predators underwater is stupid
You don't need to say that. Saying you're afraid of giant underwater monsters is like saying you need water to live.
We need a movie for el gran maja 💀
I'm making a new short film, so stay tuned!
yea…

Yes a movie where world gets destroyed and there is no survivors over mc the El gran maja hahahahahah

Imagine swimming in the Arctic, thinking hypothermia is gonna be your biggest problem and then…
It’s important to note that giant creatures can’t attach a puny target. It’s a waste of energy and does nothing for them as a meal. They attack other large targets or a collection of targets.
Ah yes, giant fish breaches the surface and back into the water with the splash of an Olympic diver.
El gran maja is a good boy and nothing can convince me other wise. He was safely placing this lost person in his mouth while he took him to safety
Such a giant must create huge waves around itself, and it certainly cannot swim so far in a second. Unnatural, but beautiful, I admit that!
This just triggered ALL my phobias at once. Impressive!
INCLUDING, Arachniphobia?
@@SealWithHatwho said they have arachnophobia
When I saw Majà underwater, I really got scared! I took a jumpscare! Btw this is awesome! 💖✨👌
Haha, sorry for the jumpscare! I guess you have thalassophobia, right? 🤭 But I'm glad you found it awesome! thank you!!!
@@ixo-digital no I don't have it
@@ixo-digital I have that
I think it needs to have more weight behind it to be more scary. For example Jormungandr from god of war, you can feel the weight of such enormous creature. And that is scary.
The sound design is AMAZING!!!
Thank you!!! I always pay attention to sound design!
😮😮😮😮😮😊😊😊😅😂@@ixo-digital
You've made more than a few videos on this entity. I've never heard of it before your videos and that's impressive because I'm interested in all things cryptids, eldritch horrors and otherworldly oddities.
Thanks for watching! and stay tuned I won't forget about your suggestions about Trevor Henderson Creatures, they are very interesting 😁
As a person with severe thalassophobia I can confirm I didn’t even watch 10 seconds of that video. First sight I caught of that monstrosity I proceeded to hurriedly pause the video before skipping to the end. And yes, it was about as dramatic as you’d think.
Nothing has ever given me a feeling of true terror like seeing that Titanic creature vanish
Even just meeting its gaze feels paralyzing
Youve made something truly incredible
I've been watching a lot of thalassophobia animation channels and i've got to say you are the best so far, there are a few channels that make scary animations but these are easily on a whole other level. Which brings me to ask something because I have commented on a few channels videos suggesting on making an animation of SCP 169 because I feel like its the one scariest fictional ocean creatures out there, i've seen others make ones of the other scp's like 1128 and 3000, but if there was an animation of 169 I feel like it would defiantly bring a whole new level of fear (although it might be because its hard to animate considering how massive the creature is) just a suggestion if you are ever wondering what monster to use your future videos, however I am excited to see your future animations and I will defiantly be sticking around to watch them! already subscribed and got the notifications turned on thank you for making these!
Thanks for sticking around! Ocean Creatures always excites me! I will give it a try in the near future!
@ixo-digital how in the world do people make these and like I've seen other ones like fron lights are off channel and zeenchu channel and yours are also amazing would like to know what website y'all using to make these
@@alifarahnaky7162 I created it using 3d software call Blender! It takes a lot of time and 3D skills just to create such animations!
@@ixo-digitalDamn good animation , congrats
If you ever encounter such a huge fish in the sea, you may not fear. You will be too small for it to pay attention to you
Look at the teeth, this thing is a filter feeder, problem is, that you're juat small enough to be sucked in
Quite interesting is, it gets more terrifying the moment the monster just suddenly disappeared... Goes from "That's terrifying" to "F*CK THIS!"
No matter how fast that thing is, I'd legitimately die of a heart attack before it could get me
1:02 bro was REALLY mad 💀
Plot twist: it pushes you towards the boat then swims away.
Dude this is so cool, can't wait to see more
if the fangs weren't so clean and so perfect, I think it would look better
It looks quite friendly with that smile
el gran maja: 😀
Yeah people probably misunderstand this creature, even biologically a creature this big would require immense amount of food, that is the reason why megalodon died
As scary of a sight this would be, I feel like it would be incredibly unlikely that something of that size would target a human in the water. With the calories my body would provide, I wouldn't be worth it.
This creature would either be going after much larger prey, or would engage in filter feeding, where it might unconsciously swallow humans who are in the way. Submariners would want to be wary though, as their large vessel might look like a large animal in its eyes.
Do you know that whales eat plankton?
Such creature would have to eat constantly because even whale would be nothing for it. It would probably starve if there were no other big creature prey for them.
It would take 8 months for this creature to eat caseoh
I can already see blastphamoushd watching this and screaming 😂
Big Raga from Jujustu kaisen ain't messing around
This thing is probably lurking in a ocaen on a planet in a star system somewhere in our universe.
The water effects should be bigger. Like the bernoulli hum of such a massive creature should push the swimmer far far back. Without control. It would be even more terrifying.
Reminds me of Ninilchik Alaska where we used to live by the ocean. Could be Antarctica with the Lovecraftian inspiration but still the artist who made this really knows their horror.
A creature of that size would make water dispersions so big it could Probably flood most of Antarctica

Nightmare fuel, love this!!!
Thank you!!!
At the point where this thing started coming slowly towards you, I would have passed out XD
I want to sleep... while cuddling a "P-700 Granit" anti-ship missle
For some reason those colossal creatures are attracted to eating tiny game.
Dude that was cool, only one thing is weird. When so much mass splashes the water, there must be waves, running on camera.
Imagine being both thalassophobic and arachnophobic. Then you stumble into a leviathan with eyes everywhere.
*A user with the nickname "Lovecraft" liked this video*
The second you lose sight of it, “You’re cooked”
that thing could actually exist in real life because we don't know what lies beneath that massive ocean
Bro was comin in for a smooch
This man will probably put out a movie of this beauty
Great! I really needed some nightmare fuel before going to bed. 👍
great now im literally never gonna get over my fear
Ah yes, my daily dose of thalassophobia even though i didn't even have it before watching this.
Pov: el gran maja gave up on hot places and decided to cool off
0:22 this is exactly what I imagined about encountering the great maja and it was terrifying
I love these El Gran Maja videos how much detail in them
Thank you!
Your one hope is to try and catch onto a tooth before falling into the oncoming void... but even then, your chances are dim.
Also, the way it breached reminded me of the Gargantuan Leviathan from subnautica... perhaps we could end up seeing it too.
The world of subnautica is really interesting!
Aquanox vibes all over again

El Gran Maja: "Welcome to your death." 😈❤🍖
imagine being that big and choosing to eat a tiny person when theres whales and sharks to eat and other creatures
This would be the best creature to add in Subnautica
спасибо оператору
The thalassophobia kicked in real good
Oh joy its got eyes like a spider
It's also possible that El Gran Maja and spiders share some sort of relationship, we never know...
at least these creature always smile😂
tbh this is alot better than seeing a school of sharks in feeding frenzy
He's literally magic.
Even though i dont have thalaasophobia, when i saw it looking at me from under the water i said to myself, “Nope”
0:22 "good morning sir, i wanted to have a moment to talk about our lord gargantuan"
- Maja boi
damn you should have named him smily since he has such a lovely smile
That’s terrifying.
The scariest thing gotta be diving underwater and then finding a gigantic creature just staring right at you
Make it a lot slower, so it feels more realistic, and let it stay under the deep sea, good job nonetheless!
legit! terrifying!
Jeez, it's even in the coldest water.
0:25 “you ever dance with the devil in the pale moonlight” 0:54 “Why so serious”? 😁😁😁😁
Aww it must have been just a little baby, hopefully the mom didn't lose track of it.
every time i see this type of animation i remember how lucky we are that such monster aren't roaming in our ocean... or at least we still haven't one YET.
AWEEE LOOK AT ITS CUTE LITTLE EYES
Love the fear inducing el gran maja oh how i wish the subnautica devs could go back to making a survival horror game sigh...
Man, I'd love to see a scene like this with a great white shark model. That would be terrifying.
He's just a happy lil guy
Pov: you said I would rather drown then go to school
At this point, people with TALASOPHOBIA
Could you Imagine if something like that existed in real life?
Its so beautiful yet extremely terrifying, its like a natural disaster personified looking at that thing there is nothing you can do its like staring into an approaching hurricane, theres just nothing you can do....
I love how this toys with my instincts.
Imagine swimming around the ocean and when you look down the water you see this big smile close to you
This fuels my thalassophobia
Awesome stuff! Would it be possible to make a video about exploring the insides of El Gran Maja? Perhaps researchers could deploy a bait probe for El Gran Maja to consume and thus being able to study it via the probe's cameras.
Dawg just squeeze all the fear juice outta me
Great animation ❤
This monstrous sea creature is 675 m (2214 ft) long, almost doubling the length of the Bloop. (from a fandom wiki)
That means this juvenile is at least 500+ feet.
Thing about that (which has been mentioned), is the creature is so big it wouldn't even consider the person as a threat. Plus for something THAT BIG it's moving like it's a small fish
the peole have thalasphobia be like ☠️☠️☠️
El que iso este video es muy buen editor
hydrodynamics were absent that day, I see.
Amazing animation! Only criticism I would have for future videos, is that El Gran Maja is way too small. Here their teeth is human sized, when it's supposed to be absolutely humongous and almost mountain sized, with one of its teeth being the size of a submarine.
mountain sized?? omg, it might not fit in the frame LOL scary!
