For whatever reason, I can only watch this on 360p, but it's not really a huge issue, since this is playing in the background for me.
That intro was just stellar. Those haunting strings and that chilling piano was simply gorgeous, and y'all know how I feel about those angelic vocalizations: choirs, chants and hums just get me going. I have to bring some attention to those drums, however, because they just had this buildup to them that was amazing. The way that they slowly grew louder and more pronounced, before cutting out with those single slamming beats. . . it was an utter delight. And then we get to that drop, and I think I'm going to go change my pants real quick. You got those intense drums slamming your throat in, while those choirs just keep going, apathetic to your choking breaths, and I just want MORE. Those piano interludes were a nice chance to breath and regain control over myself, and then we jump right back in with those divine strings and I'm just enthralled, man. I'm utterly ensnared by those beats.
The length of this one was a surprise, to be sure; but a welcome one. But it all flowed together so well that I didn't really notice just how much there was to listen to until I focused on what was happening for this over-worded comment. Still, it gave me some extra time to appreciate just how well the entire thing worked.
